Chapter 276 – How is Alzi
*** Alzi ***
"Did Shimmer lie?" I ask, with Tirlo and Luck held to my breasts.
"Who is Zarzi, my Mistress?" Sarania says. "If she is a dragonkin, then yes, her explanation is true about submission. It is a relic of the true Dragons and Phoenixes. They would fight to the death if they didn't have some way to enforce order in their mating. You'll never be strong enough to face a true Phoenix without help. She'll have a good chance to force you to submit, but don't blame Shimmer for that. I doubt she knows that is possible. I can help, but it would be best to get the Kitsune Queen or maybe the Fairies or Pixies to assist you in that meeting."
"Should even I meet with the Phoenix? Seems like a lot of work for nothing."
"Mating with a Phoenix could be fun, and it would be a powerful kid. You may even get her to submit to you if you get her pregnant. Just get her loopy from some orgasms, and she'll make a mistake."
"That's the only thing she would want," I say. "Isn't it, little ones? Everyone wants to give you sisters. Do I have to go to the Princess? Can't I just go get a divorce?"
"You could try, my Mistress," Sarania says. "But going to her and giving her one last chance would make it easier for you to convince the Goddess of Love to let you get out of the marriage."
"As if she hasn't proved it enough," I say. "Fine, we can go to them after this. Do you have clothing? I probably shouldn't walk through the city naked."
"I have some, my Mistress," Sarania says. "Yes, it won't fit well, but it'll cover you."
"Good enough," I say. "Cover in a succubus way or a more modest way?" It wouldn't be the worst to wear her clothing. It was really sexy. Maybe I should try to keep Shyla around if I get the divorce. I'm sure she could make those kinds of dresses.
"Not my kind of clothing. I won't have my Mistress walking around nearly nude without your permission."
"Ok," I say, turning my focus back to my babies. They're the first babies I've gotten to keep for more than a day. Finally, I get to feed my kids more than once. I know that eventually, I will have to leave them, or they'll leave me, but it'll be at the right time, years in the future, and not just minutes after their first breath.
I'll have to find a way to sneak Sarania's kid to my breast at some point, as well. She's so cute with her gold accents.
"What is your child's name?" I ask. "You got on me about names, and you still haven't given her one."
"Is it ok if I name her after one of my sisters, my Mistress?"
"Of course."
"Then Nymora," Sarania says. "Little Nymora."
"Cute."
Luck, Tirlo, Nymora, and shit...
"Geta knows who the other Goddess is, doesn't she?"
"I would imagine she knows her affinity, yes."
Another reason to visit them, I guess. Tomorrow, I will go to the temple of Love and end this stupid thing. Today, I'll get to see what stupid excuse Elora has for why I need to be married to her.
Then I can run off with Mommy, Mai, and Yuki. I can see if the Kitsune treat me better than this or live with Duchess Fluvis. So many things to figure out.
*** Elora ***
"You. Stole. My. WIFE!"
"We saved her," the damn noble says. I refuse to give these fucking bitches names. They killed hundreds of my women when they took Alzi. My fucking head healer, right out of my camp, breaking every rule we have. And yet, they want to act all high and mighty.
"How many of my people did you kill just to do something I would've done once we returned to our capital? Saved her from what? A few weeks of slavery when she wasn't even being commanded? If you cared about freeing her so much, you would've laid down your weapons and ended this war."
"The Goddess of Fertility blessed us, so she must disagree."
"That blessing is the only thing keeping your heads attached to your bodies. The number of women who were killed because of your damn stunt. How does it feel knowing you are the reason an entire army isn't coming home? A Princess is dead because of you, and for what? A few kids of your own and a blessing? Delusional. Honestly, I should just drop you off in the town square and laugh as you run for your pathetic lives from all the women who lost a woman because of your stupidity."
Mother told me to hide them away, and I can't dare hurt someone who has been blessed by a Goddess.
Getting a tiny sliver of a fraction of what Alzi is feeling, having women hurt her over and over, and there always being something that keeps her from getting revenge. But that stops now. We'll go back to the capital, marry her Mother and lovers, and decide who gets tortured first as we wait for my Mother to declare the games for the next Queen.
"Elora!" Shimmer shouts. "We found her!"
"I'm in here!" I shout back. I helped myself to the mayor's house when I found her participating in a celebration of the deaths of thousands of women. They were hosting the small group in one of the drawing rooms. "Where is she?! I know she isn't in a damn grave, so where is our husband?"
"She is staying with a devil. Alzi is fine, but a number of things have happened," Geta says. "Things you won't like."
"Did these fucking bastards hurt her?!"
"Stop, Elora. Let us finish before you do anything," Shimmer says, grabbing my hand. "Alzi is ok. She is free now."
"That is fine, and I got a hint about that already. What is the part I won't like?"
"She gave birth to three kids and had a fourth with- What was her name, again?"
"Sarania," Shimmer says. "An old succubus. Likely the oldest if the stories are true. She is calling our dear husband 'Mistress' now."
"So, Alzi has a powerful servant? What is the part I won't like? Sarania could help Alzi with her lust issue."
"Divorce, Elora. Divorce," Geta says.
"We are still married."
"For how long? Do you think Alzi is going to care about our marriage deals? She can just divorce us and go marry her Mother herself."
"No, Alzi wouldn't. She- I promised revenge, and I would serve her. I got permission from Mother to head back to the capital tomorrow and marry Alzi's Mother. All of them. She can have everything she wants right here. I- Why would she leave? The collar is gone. She just has to wait a single day, and she'll be married to her Mother and get revenge and everything. Everything we need is right there. Mother is going to step down soon. I'll have the crown, and she'll have her Mother, and we can grow close. It was going to be alright. I fixed it. I did everything I needed to. We got to her. We found her in just a day. I'll let Yuki and Nakuma guard her, and now she even has Sarania, so she won't have to worry about getting kidnapped ever again. Why would she have it all fall apart now? Protection is right there. More than just Sarania and Yuki can give her. The Kitsune won't treat her any better. She'll have a Queendom defending her."
"Alzi hates us," Shimmer says. "It's as simple as that. Your plan was too little, too late. If her Mother was right here and we promised to marry them all right now, that would be our only chance. She didn't tell us she wanted a divorce, but she's struggling right now. A fragile mind that sees most of the world as her tormentors. Her Mother, Yuki, and Mai were the only ones who found a place as a friend, I would guess, with Sarania working into that narrow group. When Alzi comes by, it will likely be the last chance you'll get to earn a spot. Make it count."
"Of course," I say. "I can't lose her. She is everything."
*** Alzi ***
"Can we wait a few months? I can get Yuki to bring Mommy here. I don't want to risk the kids with the war going on."
"My Mistress, we are safe. I promise. I can't let you sit inside all day, wasting away. The kids need to explore and see the world. They are fragile, absolutely, but they won't break from a simple walk."
"We don't know where the Princess is."
"I do, my Mistress," Sarania says, wrapping me up in a hug. "I know you're scared. I understand. I'm worried about the kids, too, but there isn't anyone here that wants to hurt them. Geta is the strongest woman in this city, and she wants to protect them. Luck and the other Goddess are a close second, I would imagine. We'll be safe. Come on." She holds my hand tight and drags me out the door, pushing four baskets with the kids in them in front of us.
I've never seen anyone put a kid in a basket on wheels, but it is nice, as I'm likely to have more kids than arms unless I have an army of maids around.
Yes, Alzi, focus on the kids, not the whips and chains.
"Mistress, please push the stroller with me. You'll feel better that way."
"Ok," I say. The black dress I'm wearing fits as well as Sarania said it would: poorly. But it covers me, and the kids are wrapped up in blankets while they sleep. We'll see if we make it to the Princess without them waking up.
"Goodbye, Lady Alzi," the devil said. "I wish you the best with your future kids."
"Getting sappy now? You didn't even want us around before," Sarania says, directing me out the front door.
"I was scared before. You could turn this house into whatever you wanted, and I would be powerless to stop you. Sorry for trying to turn you away. We are all a little scared right now."
"Yes, we all are. Thank you for the help and for the shelter," Sarania says, careful to keep me moving forward. "Now, the Princess should be in the mayor's house. This way, my Mistress."
