Chapter 51: The Proof of Conquest
Kai sat back on his heels, the wooden floorboards groaning under his weight. His chest heaved as he wiped a bead of sweat from his forehead. The silence in the lobby was deafening, broken only by the wet, ragged breathing of the red-skinned woman lying face down in a pool of fluids.
He felt lightheaded. His limbs felt heavy, like lead weights.
"Damn," Kai muttered, rubbing his temples. "She wasn't lying. Even though I won... she drained me. That last release took a lot out of the tank."
He needed to recover. He couldn't walk out of here looking like a corpse, especially with the rest of his team scattered and unconscious.
The power coursing through his dormant meridians was immense, but his physical stamina was currently tapped out.
"Inventory," he whispered.
A holographic grid appeared in front of him.
[Inventory Contents:]
Minor Healing Potions (x4): (Standard Issue)
Purified Spring Water (x5): (Refreshment)
Dream Walker Incense (x2 sticks): (Remaining from 3)
Kai reached into the void and pulled out a small glass vial swirling with crimson liquid—a Minor Healing Potion. He popped the cork with his thumb and downed it in one gulp.
It tasted like bitter herbs and mint, but the effect was instantaneous. A cool wave of energy washed over him, knitting together his fatigue, replenishing his stamina, and sharpening his senses. The heaviness in his limbs vanished.
"Much better," Kai exhaled, crushing the empty vial in his hand.
He stood up, stretching his arms above his head until his back cracked. He looked at the 25 Stat Points hovering in his vision.
That's a massive upgrade, he thought. But I shouldn't rush it. I need to think about my build. I'll allocate them when I get back to the house, where it's safe.
He looked down.
Ahena was still lying there, completely wrecked. Her face was pressed into the dirty floor, her mouth open and drooling a puddle of saliva. Her eyes were rolled back so far only the whites showed—the classic face of a mind broken by pleasure.
Her massive, ruby-red ass was still up in the air. Her pussy, swollen and dark crimson from the abuse, was twitching involuntarily. Clench. Relax. Clench. With every spasm, a mixture of her demonic juices and Kai’s seed dripped out, pooling on the wood.
[System Notification] [New Harem Member Acquired: Ahena (Succubus Queen)] [Status: Subjugated / Loyal / Sexually Awakened] [Affection: 100 (Obsessed)]
Kai smirked. "Another source of XP. And a powerful ally."
But she looked pathetic like this. He couldn't exactly have a conversation with a drooling mess.
He reached into his inventory again and pulled out a second Minor Healing Potion.
He crouched down beside her. He grabbed her hair and lifted her head. She was limp, her tongue lolling out.
"Drink," Kai ordered, pouring the red liquid into her mouth.
Ahena coughed, her throat working reflexively to swallow. The potion glowed as it went down. Within seconds, the glaze left her eyes. The yellow irises focused, sharpening back into awareness. Her breathing steadied.
She blinked, looking up at Kai. Then she looked down at the mess between her legs.
She didn't look angry. She looked... euphoric.
"Master..." she purred, her voice husky and deep. She pushed herself up to a sitting position, wincing slightly as her stretched entrance complained.
"You belong to me now, Ahena," Kai said, his voice leaving no room for argument. "The curse is broken, but you are bound by something stronger. Me."
Ahena shivered, crawling closer to wrap her arms around his leg, rubbing her cheek against his thigh. "I know. I belong to the man who filled me. I can never leave you."
"Good," Kai nodded. "But we have a problem."
He gestured to the unconscious forms of Han Rou and Yun Xi across the room.
"I have to complete the mission. The Academy expects me to neutralize the threat. If I tell them a Demoness did this, they'll hunt you down. I can't risk my new pet."
He frowned, crossing his arms. "I need proof. I need to show them something that proves the 'Weeping Ghost' is destroyed, without showing them you."
Ahena laughed, a low, sultry sound. She reached a clawed hand between her breasts and pulled at her own skin. A small, pulsating black crystal emerged from her chest—a fragment of her concentrated Yin energy.
She held it out to him.
"Here," she said. "Take this. It is a Soul Shard. It radiates the energy of a high-level spirit."
Kai took the crystal. It was cold and heavy.
"Tell them you fought a Formless Yin Demon," Ahena suggested, tracing a finger up his calf. "Tell them you destroyed its physical form and this is all that remains. They will sense the energy signature. They will believe you because... well, because you are holding the proof."
Kai examined the shard. "It's a good plan. They might doubt a student could kill it... but I don't give a fuck what they think. The evidence is right here."
He pocketed the shard.
"So," Kai looked down at her. "What now?"
"Now I go back," Ahena sighed, standing up. Her body was already beginning to fade, turning translucent as she prepared to shift back to the Demon Realm. "The contract is sealed. You can summon me whenever you have... needs."
She stepped closer, her naked body pressing against him one last time. She reached down and grabbed his crotch. Even through his trousers, her grip was possessive. She squeezed his semi-hard cock, feeling the weight of it.
She grinned, revealing her sharp fangs.
"The curse is broken, Master," she whispered, glancing down at her still-dripping slit. "Just like my pussy. Haha..."
"You're a vulgar demon," Kai chuckled, slapping her ass.
"Only for you."
Ahena winked. A swirl of black and red smoke engulfed her.
POOF.
She vanished into the ether, leaving Kai alone in the silent lobby with his unconscious teammates.
"Mission accomplished," Kai whispered.
