Chapter 208: Midori’s Worry

The mountains, still containing vampires, devils, and some humans, morphed into the shape of three humans, a little taller than Hebi, looking at her with emotionless eyes.

Seeing this, Hebi used creation to create a gigantic sword in her hands.

Eleanor, still calm, commanded one of the soil humans to put her on its shoulder.

"I'm sorry in advance... I'm not as strong as Sophia, but don't worry, I will try my best to give you a satisfying end."

Hebi glared at her small opponent, anger filling her heart, yet she forced herself to calm down, as it was this very anger and impatience that had caused her brain damage in the past. Eleanor, seeing the lady control her emotions, sighed in disappointment. She was pretty confident in beating this woman to submission and giving her to Sophia if only she remained angry, but it seemed like old people, no matter how stubborn, still learned their lessons.

_I guess I have to go all out._

With such a thought, the battle between The Defiant and The Serpent Bearer commenced.

__________

In the middle of the light of creation, the palace of the mother goddess of creation, Paraluman, 3 gods are looking at a giant "screen" in front of them with their metaphorically bated breaths..., there was only 2, the owner of the palace herself, Paraluman and the god of the sun, patron of Urduja, Sinag, while their accomplice in this one final operation to save their universe, actually the one who have the main bet as his adopted daughter was the main force, is casually sipping tea, as if he can make himself elegant with his tattoo filled body.

Paraluman, though worried about the mental state of her son, is equally curious as she was not able to fathom how does a mortal can garner such trust from a god, no matter how many times it was explained by her sons.

But in any case, she tried to calm herself too. Anyway, that's what Paraluman can do for the rest of the time, and her role as a lover of Sophia will not start unless she succeeds in destroying the tesseract that's encasing the world of Pentateuch.

_But still... even though I have read the mind of Sophia that has the full explanation of her plan and even if all of the canon events for the time loop has been successfully imitated without any hitches or flaws, strangely, no matter who, even those that Sophia trusted most has been informed on the impending doom of the planet... maybe, Sophia wanted to shoulder all of these knowledge... even that large time bomb above Mayari..._

Paraluman started to drip off her thoughts and can't help but find a very peculiar aspect of the war, Paraluman remembered that Eris and the time loop will not be able to see something that doesn't have a bearing or potential to change the time loop (meaning that the time loop will also not interfere as long as the action didn't destroy a canon event directly)... but that only applies if Eris used her "all seeing eyes" when reflecting the sights being seen by the time loop, that doesn't apply to things that Eris is seeing with her own eyes.

_How's Sophia hiding that from someone who has an illusionist brother better than her?_

Unfortunately, Paraluman can only read the minds of the people inside her palace she had directly summoned, and the power of Eris and her role in the time loop will make for a risk too high for her to do such a thing.

Paraluman sighed. These mortals are always fascinating, Unfortunately, she doesn't have time to mull over their actions; she will have a lot of time doing that later.

Again, if Sophia succeeded.

_What does she mean then that Sophia Demiurge is bound to fail?_

_________

Capital of the newly established New Gjallarhorn city, the Governor's office.

Midori Seiyoku, or, if Sophia ever wanted, Midori Demiurge looked at the map in front of her, it was the map of the former Gjallarhorn mainland, she sighed, besides her are wads of large coordinate papers that have failed, subpar, or even plainly just unsuitable for the taste of Queen Urduja in cartographic design.

She was tasked to divide and designate the proper province she would be governing into different specialties like the colonial communication and resupply part, the industrial part, the trade center, the tourism, as well as heritage and cultural places.

Normally, this is not her job, and is the secretary of the state's, which is Aoi, however, Midori has volunteered to take over because... well, thinking is what she's only good at.

And yet, even her mind, which is supposed to be brilliant enough to be recognized by Sophia, is drifting away from what she was supposed to do.

From what she can only do.

_Is this really... all I can do?_

Midori's lips came into an involuntary purse, pained as she was too weak to be called a soldier and not as brilliant to control a series of battlefield for her nephew and lover, Sophia who seem to start expanding her ambition by fighting against the two remaining calamities in Genesis with he help of her Queen, Urduja.

All her life, Midori has never thought of herself as being inferior to those who can fight and cause mountains to crumble or those who can turn night into day; after all, everyone has their own strength.

That's until 5 things happened in geographically quick succession: hearing about Sophia, seeing Sophia's fight against the Serpent Bearer, meeting Sophia, being a subordinate of Sophia, and finally, having sex with Sophia.

In those 5 instances, her nephew-cum-lover shown what versatility means, no, such god-level talent and excellence in everything one can do is beyond versatile, if Midori is to describe it, Sophia is like a goddess without a shrine and a deity without divinity because there's no way a mortal can be good at leading, manipulating, fighting, innovating and fucking at the same time.

Compared to Sophia, who is not even a jack of all trades but like a demon of knowledge, Midori, who is just smarter than other normal people, feels like she has to step up too.

_Sophia's two wives are heroes, one of them is the main researcher and head military engineer of Kamatayan while the other is a general, and according to the gossips of Aoi yesterday, the serpent is also the only one to have seen the submissive face of Sophia... not to mention Sophia is also targeting Momoiro..._

Midori's eyes started to swim with tears, yet, as someone who is weak and someone who will most probably stay as a concubine for the rest of her life due to the high peak of the parabola of competition for the affection of Sophia... she felt inferior, something she never felt as she's the main wife of the first harem she was in.

"What's wrong?"

And as Midori was about to shed tears due to the increasing inferiority complex, she saw a pair of red eyes, the same red eyes that looked at her like a predator and ate her like one, look at her with gentleness, which is something strange for her nephew that seem to still be seeking revenge against her father.

The woman that looked at her face that's facing the ceiling form her back seem to not want any answer from that as she immediately leaned in for a kiss that started gentle but quickly transformed into the invasion of Midori's mouth using her phenomenal tongue, and as she did, Midori fought back, yet even with all her experience with Sophia's father, her father seem to inferior even in animalistic kissing that he was supposed to excel in, but soon, Midori regained her composure, though on the expense of clenching her thighs hard to not reveal the dripping juices between them.

Now's the time to be cumming after all, so she used her hand to push back the face of Sophia who licked her lips.

"I... It's just that..."

Midori gasped for breath as she once again regained control on her slipping mind, yet she can't muster enough courage to voice her thought, somehow, she find her insecurities ridiculous when she think about it deeply, something that seem to be noticed by Sophia who suddenly grinned and crept her hands slowly down the clavicle of Midori to take hold of her breasts.

"You know, upon having my second wife, I realized something."

Sophia whispered to her aunt as she started fondling Midori's maddening breasts, at first, Midori felt the urge to resist, but the breast massage inexplicably relaxed her body and with the gentle, yet firm finger of Sophia that seem to sink in spots that Midori didn't even realized were her weak points, the auntie of Sophia started to quiver and writhe and as time slowly passed by, this declaration of pleasure became more intense, Midori even started to moan and for some reason, she never thought of covering her mouth and all she can do is to surrender her breasts that has their nipples already stood erect in attention, something visible due to her tight fitting clothes.

Yet, in spite of all the enchanting sounds Midori is creating as well as movements that can make men ruin themselves just to even hear once free for the taking of Sophia, she looked on calmly and even started talking as she continued her sentence that was paused due to her focusing on her massage.

"The best way to remove all your worries is to cum, long and hard."

Sophia whispered as such before pinching the stiff and aching nipples of Midori, and as her nephew did, Midori felt a mind boggling jolt coursed from her nipples down to her vagina, causing her to shiver hard and lull her tongue out as she went on a thunderous orgasm.

"AAAAHHHHH!"

A blood curling scream resonated throughout the whole office, but the owner of the office is currently incapable of worrying about the little details, all Midori can do is to slump weakly on her chair, her eyes rolled back whilst her tongue are out as she panted, under her feet that became wide open to welcome the mind boggling cum she have just released, a large poodle of her release can be seen.

"Huff... huff... huff..."

Sophia chuckled at this messy sight of her aunt, but then sighed.

"You know, Midori, all people who want to go far in life should never compare themselves to me, you should know that by now... and no, Midori, you're a normal human and a normal human doesn't get insecure by comparing themselves to heroes... I mean, have you ever seen a milkfish get insecure because it thinks it's not majestic enough compared to a whale? Stop using me or Eleanor or Bakunawa as your parameters of contribution, for you are bound to pale in comparison..."

The groggy mind of Midori processed this information, but her body still won't listen to her, thus, she can only make panting sounds, which make Sophia smile.

"You're enough Midori... you don't need to do more than what you can swallow, take a rest for now, okay?"

Midori weakly nodded, and Sophia immediately put her in a princess carry and used the 4th dimension to enter the master's bedroom and put her in the bed.

After which, Sophia used an illusion to coax Midori to sleep.

Well, one didn't need to ask why she didn't just use this method in the first place.

___________

Outskirts of the sealed land of the undeads, otherwise known as Death's Safe Haven, Thanatos, two figures, one a grey-colored elf and another is a grey-colored human looked at the inside of the barrier that encased any kind of interaction of Thanatos outside and the petrified and also sealed remaining undeads inside the place.

Aerendil looked at his barrier, itching, to just tap it a little hard and unseal it, but the 5 minutes interval right after the beginning of the fight between his current master Sophia and Eris held him back, he was wondering why would he need to wait for such a long time before Aerendil destroys the seal and Roselle the Fixer fixed the remaining undead core inside Thanatos.

"This takes me back... this is my final battlefield before I stole the shard of the undead core that forced me to seal it so that it won't slowly kill the next royalty that will wear it, like how me and my wife died slowly due to that thing..."

Roselle, the fixer, struck up a conversation to lighten the mood, but all he received was an unceremonious nod from Aerendil, though he didn't expect a reply to immediately follow.

"I remember that time when I'm hell bent in seeking revenge that I neglected and forced my fighters into slavery, now I'm an undead and have to serve under the god I loathe the most for all eternity while occasionally hearing the moans of my mother that was induced by the man that killed her."

The Fixer's eyes widened before he started to burst out laughing.

For strong people, tensions of wars are non-existent, for they can end it anytime if not for their prior engagements.

They didn't even bat an eye at the mountain of corpses composed of vampires and devils besides them.
