Chapter 190: The New Undead

The man in front of me immediately stated his demands, and even though he said that he was ordered not to go back to the land of the living ands serve as an undead in the divine realm of Siginarugan, I feel like such an arrangement is most likely his wish to atone for his sins of misunderstanding the intentions and existence of the dark elves, no, forget about that, it's not "Feeling" but "certainty" that this prideful son of a gun will be able to even imagine making his face be seen by his people after his defeat or apologize to the dark eves, for one, the said variants are already wiped out by me, and second, he might kill himself once again due to his conscience haunting him, also you don't make your citizens hate you by making their highest attainment low middle class and is just one step away from doing the Austrian painter thing if he doesn't need to be in the frontlines and go apologize.

Did the Austrian painter apologized before committing suicide? No, because no apology can never ease the pain of oppression.

Anyway, I don't have the time to delve deeper into his personal matters, the most important thing is I can command him this one time, it doesn't matter how many times actually as I only have one shot in this fight against the dictator of time, my only regret is not seeing his face when he realized that his mother is technically still alive.

"I see, if it's the order of the goddess of nature, then I don't have any choice but to comply, it's a good thing that I  only need your specialty once as the one who have sealed the land of Thanatos."

I did not asked how does he feel when he became an undead of the enemy he despises the most, I just started to explain what is his first and last mission for me is.

It's quite simple, as I said, he is the one that sealed Thanatos, so I just have to make him unseal it in a specified time, it's kind of in the middle of the fight between me and Eris that I have simulated all this while already, and indeed, I am destined to fail the attempt to destroy the time loop, but that's okay, as long as I win, it will be fine.

Going back, as long as my specified time is not yet met, he would just be there on standby, also, Valentine will most definitely send their strongest soldiers under Hebi (she is not available because she will be the one that will be guarding the cell of Eleanor).

It took just a minute for the conversation to be over as we are both intellectuals and can mental math certain things that are not mentioned, I sighed at that, that is basically all of my preparations for my one on one fight, well, if you think about it, because all of my preparations are basically inorganically following the time loop's trajectory to deceive my opponent, one can say that all of what I'm doing right now is for my one on one, because in the end, it all boils down if I can deceive a literal time controller, and I don't have the Ichigo treatment that always have other people's help in delivering the final shot.

_Such is the life of a capable person..._

I can't help but muse, and as I did, the undead Aerendil confirmed his obedience on this arrangement of mine, finally my second meeting with him ended just like that.

Now, all I have to do is to sort out the living, is what I wanted to do if not for a silver haired lady suddenly speed blitzing her way in front of me, she did not even greet me or anything and just grabbed my waist and kissed me, of course, it's not like I hate it, so I held Bakunawa's now sturdier arms as I indulged in her tongue's invasion of my mouth and her slowly worming her fingers from my waist to my ass.

Oh, how I miss to be held by my dom... and just when I said that, I started caressing the arm of Bakunawa as if dry humping my vagina on it, it still contains some scales as she just finished fighting Luna, and I can say that she had a time of her life fighting against someone that is (momentarily) at the hero level, though I can't help but break our kiss as I see the scales peel off in my casual humping.

"It seems like the fight is harder than you anticipated?"

I looked at the eyes of Bakunawa that look at me from a lower vantage point, her hand that is wrapped around my waist started playing with my ass and butthole with her vibrating fingers that has it's magnitude become more intense than before, this is a perk of having a strong wife.

These actions caused me to squirm quite violently, however, I forcefully stopped her form doing anything that will prolong my preparation time, we can do all of that after I won the fight against Eris... if I can't, we all die.

"Indeed, it was a very worthwhile battle were in one wrong move can lead to me dying, even though it just lasted for 5 hours before Luna started to crumble because of the nature of his unique skill, I'm still quite satisfied."

I feel quite happy for Bakunawa as this is the first time that she had a worthy opponent, all this while, I can feel her anger and frustration for not being able to pick up fights against people that will trigger her full power, she portrays it through our sex, well that is good for me and all, but the problem is, all of my opponents will force her to escape and rare it is seen to have someone that is just right for him.

Well, I'll just station her in the war against Apolaki, there are two heroes there apparently and Aoi will need to stay behind the Queendom of Urduja because I would tap Urduja for assistance so that the Loki vs. Urduja fight will happen artificially, because the original one is that he would be coming for my boats and then Urduja have to intervene.

Now that I think about it, the "mortal limitation" of the time manipulation ability of Eris that makes it so that her "monitoring" of the time loop is whether or not there is a deviation to the major events is such a lucky stroke for me, actually, the fact that I have assumed such a strong power will have a tight grip limit, a little too aggressive and I would be a was and a little passive and the world will not be able to find it's savior.

"I see, I'm happy for you, in the next war, you will get to fight another hero, I don't have time to know who it was as I have to focus all my attention to Aerendil and the Second Elven-Undead War, but I assure you that it will be a fight of your life."

I smiled at that, and as I said that, Bakunawa finally let go of me, however, as she did, I can see her satisfied face morph into that of awkwardness... so you can grip my ass in the middle of a kingdom's ruins, but now looks like you did not do it on purpose?

Just kidding, I knew what she's about to say, though, the prideful person that she is, I have to coaxe her to say it.

"... Is... there a problem?"

I asked, as clueless as I can, and as expected, Bakunawa started to speak.

"Eleanor is nowhere to be seen... what... what did you make her do?"

See, I knew it, I mean, even without unique skill, it's just normal for friends to look out for each other... well, historically, metamour are known to assassinate each other and make it look like suicide, so I used the term friends.

"Oh, don't worry about her, she was "abducted" by Hebi and is now on a mission in their gallows, she will be used to agitate me so she won't be killed... not to mention my very loyal servant Arachne is there."

Bakunawa is aware of the Arachne situation and is also aware of my pride, not to mention she is also the victim of my slavery spell, so she did not ask about the fate of Arachne, she just nodded silently but is still looking at me with a bewildered eyes.

People who have a lot of questions is very likeable, so again I coaxed her to say what she wanted to say to me, while doing so, I made the scepter of the undead float and sat on it, ojou-sama style, Bakunawa immediately followed, I made the staff go higher until we are already in the tropopause, we then started our exaggerated cruise date, well, I said not to dally but I did not say I can't have a date with my wife.

As I did all of that, Bakunawa finally started to talk.

"I... am quite curious about your fight, well, it's not like I am not aware of your strength... but still, to be able to create such loud and powerful explosion and then survive that light that have frozen all of the undeads and the ones that are citizens of their nation is... well, I would like to admire your power."

I couldn't help but to remain silent by the short declaration of admiration from Bakunawa, feeling a little touched, having your body admired by her and hearing those kind of words are both different types of "touching", and I am all for it.

But still, I am quite shocked that the a divinity of life will be hostile to one of the living races of the world, but then again, the divinity that pulsed out is the hostile version of life divinity as it was acquired through the blood of the goddess of nature that just died from the hands of the god of the undead, so I guess it's understandable, what's not understandable is the fact that my throne room, and not just in that room, but the seat of power itself has a depiction of such a fight, no wonder Aerendil is so angry with the undeads as they were little assholes to immortalize the death of his goddess and mother figure right in the throne of their monarch.

"Ha! I see, I'm glad that you find my performance fascinating, I had a lot of trouble killing Aerendil and it feels like fighting against myself specially when..."

I started to blabber about my fight, not excluding any details, there is no need to censor your hardships to your spouse after all, after that, I also inquired about the fight against Luna, why is it hard and how did they manage to defeat her final struggle for her futile rebellion...

I can't help but feel a twinge of sadness for Luna, well even though I hate rebellion in general as that means you are too lazy for years and finally decided not to procrastinate in fighting for your rights, as someone who's previous nation's freedom came from the flesh and blood of revolutionaries, I still have immense respect for them, yes, hating is not disrespecting. I hope that in her next life, she will have a greater fate than being a leader of a doomed revolution.

We continued to converse, I said the truth of this world to her, well, she is a trusted person so I can do that just fine, I did not say it to my soldiers because millions of undeads knowing that they have lived their lives for thousands of times again and again will most definitely considered a divergence in the "plot" of the time loop, anyway, the world will surely change when the start of the restart happens, so they will know it in due time.

Finally, we arrived at the site of the battle and there I saw the gigantified Luna, lying on the ground with fleshy cracks all over her skin, it runs deep as evident of her visible bones, I immediately arranged for her corpse to be buried with the usual respect for the deceased and also stated that no one shall suggest or mention any ideas of turning her into undead, for as the one who machinated her current misfortunes, that is the least I can do.

I also commanded all free hands to occupy Indio, replenish it's fortresses and repair the damages in the defense line at the sea, I don't need any interference with the navy as they have already prepared themselves to move out all the recently commissioned warships and are already at the border of Kamatayan and Indio, my victory is their go signal to move out, there will be riflemen cannoneers and other newly introduced artillery, it's like a world war 2 face navy to be honest, with an air force and all, except that we don't have aircraft carriers are all our flying people are living people... no, they are not, but they can fly on their own and has infinite gas, so it doesn't matter.

After arranging all of that, I used [Unquantifiable by Time] and then arrived in front of the living generals.

As expected, they have solemn expressions
