Chapter 298: Put a bell on the rat.

--Saturday, July 18, 2172

With his black-and-white vision, Kai could see the two men he was waiting for quickly approach the sniper and explain something to him. The sniper immediately pressed a hand to his ear, then rushed off. At that moment, Kai asked his trusted assistant through their mental connection in a casual tone.

[Sage, how common are blackouts around here?]

[Relatively common, Master… It’s just a matter of overloading a transformer until it’s about to blow, and this entire area will be in the dark for at least 5 hours.] Sage replied with a playful smirk, knowing exactly what her Master was thinking. Kai mirrored the beautiful fairy’s smile and gave a calm order.

[Then do it without raising suspicion on the count of 5.]

[Leave it in my hands, Master.]

Sage responded with a grin and swiftly flew toward an electrical transformer hanging on a nearby pole. Meanwhile, Kai took Yumiko’s hand and whispered into her ear while mentally counting down for Sage, syncing with the sniper’s movements.

“Don’t panic. The lights are going out, and we’ll make our escape.”

[5…4…]

“Aren’t you going to catch him?” Yumiko couldn’t help but ask, her curiosity piqued. Kai shook his head and replied with a grin full of mischief.

“No, it’s more useful to put a bell on the rat so it leads us to its nest.”

[3…2…1]

Kai’s smile and voice sent a small shiver through Yumiko, who nodded with a strange excitement gleaming in her eyes, just as Kai’s mental countdown reached its end. At that precise moment, as the shooter was about to reach the door, a loud explosion rang out, and all the lights went dark instantly. Kai seized the opportunity to announce loudly.

“[Trace] on!”

Startled by the explosion and suddenly enveloped in darkness, the sniper couldn’t help but pause for a moment. He quickly tried to seek cover with a revolver in hand, fully alert. But that brief moment of stillness was more than enough for an invisible arrow to strike him squarely in the chest, leaving an invisible and inescapable mark.

Meanwhile, Kai scooped Yumiko into his arms and began to slip away under the cover of darkness, with only the faint light of the moon guiding them. As Kai moved at high speed with her in his arms, Yumiko clung tightly to his neck, her cheeks flushed. Despite the darkness, the world in her eyes was brighter and more vibrant than ever.

(Love is truly wonderful…)

With a fleeting thought in her mind, Yumiko reached for her beloved’s lips and initiated a tender kiss, catching Kai slightly off guard. Surprised, Kai could only return the kiss clumsily while extending his En to navigate, as Yumiko blocked his field of vision.

Soon, amidst a kiss growing more passionate by the second, Kai ventured into a nearby dark mountain, where the glow of Accompany’s activation would be hard to spot. At that moment, Yumiko finally set her feet back on the ground, but it only made their kisses more fervent.

After several minutes, a breathless Yumiko pulled away from her beloved with an expression melted by passion and glanced around. Seeing herself surrounded by trees and darkness, Yumiko quickly removed Kai’s glasses, then her own, before slipping off the tight dress she wore, revealing sexy lingerie that amplified her allure several times over.

Without a word, Yumiko wrapped her arms around Kai’s neck and initiated a kiss full of desire. Kai responded by embracing her, and she took the chance to jump up and wrap her legs around him. Immediately after, without breaking the passionate kiss, Yumiko became one with her beloved in the midst of the darkness.

…

…

…

Within the sphere of light from Accompany, Yumiko, now back in her dress, clung to her beloved while showering him with soft, affectionate kisses, her expression intoxicated by love and pleasure. Amid her tender, almost possessive kisses, Yumiko whispered in a soft voice laden with countless emotions.

“Thank you, Kai… Thank you so, so much… I’ve never felt so in love in my life… I feel so full… So alive… So young… So happy… I love you…”

“You’re a total seductress… If you keep this up, I won’t want to be apart from you for a single moment…”

Kai, holding Yumiko’s slender waist, couldn’t help but squeeze her plump behind and comment with a loving smile. Yumiko gazed at him with infinite affection and gave him a tender kiss before whispering in a mischievous tone.

“Then I’ll be even more seductive…”

“Such a naughty girl…”

Kai whispered back before starting a passionate kiss, which Yumiko returned with all her heart, feeling her body heat up again. She couldn’t help but cling to him with her arms and legs, slowly moving her hips. In that moment, she whispered in a breathless voice.

“I’m only like this with you, Kai… Before, I never would’ve dared to do what we did in the forest… But with you, I feel so safe… So in love… So hot that I feel like a teenager again, unable to control my hormones… I want you inside me all the time… I feel like my clothes are just in the way…”

As she whispered, Yumiko moved her hips with increasing passion, but just as her arousal was about to cloud her mind, she saw the sphere of light surrounding them vanish. This allowed her to see all the Pussycats, Keiko, and even her beloved daughter looking at her with teasing expressions—even Nejire had that look. Turning completely red, Yumiko could only lower her legs to the ground and bury her head in Kai’s chest while pulling down her dress, which had ridden up.

“Looks like someone had a lot of fun…”

With a teasing smile on her face, Ryuko stepped toward Kai and whispered playfully, causing Yumiko to tremble and bury herself deeper into Kai’s chest. Tomoko didn’t miss the chance and jumped to hug Kai from behind, commenting cheerfully.

“It’s not fair; I want it too!”

Yumiko just clung to Kai, determined to be a turtle—if she didn’t see it, it didn’t exist. But suddenly, she heard her beloved daughter’s voice whispering near her ear, sounding far from her usual cheer and innocence, more like a little succubus tempting an innocent soul.

“How did it feel, Mom? Did you like my boyfriend?”

Nejire’s voice made Yumiko feel her legs weaken, causing a certain warm liquid inside her to trickle down with gravity, delivering the final blow to her sanity. Activating her [Vital Reactor] almost for the first time since she’d ever tried it, Yumiko bolted toward her room with her hands covering her face, prompting laughter from all the women present.

“Don’t tease her so much. What am I going to do if Yumiko doesn’t want to talk to me because of you all?” As everyone laughed, Kai couldn’t help but comment, half-amused, half-helpless. At that moment, Keiko approached Kai and spoke in a seductive voice.

“That’s impossible… None of us can stay away from our Kai… We’d die of withdrawal in a day…”

To Kai’s surprise, Ryuko, Tomoko, Shino, and even Nejire nodded with serious expressions, fully agreeing. At that moment, Nemuri’s voice echoed from the mansion, drawing everyone’s attention.

“Take your bags; the plane is waiting for us!”

“That’s right, let’s go!”

Nejire quickly shouted excitedly and ran toward the mansion, closely followed by a cheerful Tomoko and, a bit further behind, Shino and Ryuko. Keiko took the chance to give her beloved a passionate, tongue-filled kiss before heading to grab her own luggage.

“Kai, I brought your suitcase.”

Approaching Kai with Nemuri, Momo commented with a slightly awkward smile, still not used to Kai and Keiko’s antics. Kai reached out to take the handle of the suitcase, which was much larger than he remembered packing, and asked.

“What happened to my bag?”

“That wasn’t a bag; it was broken, and you barely packed anything, so Momo and I packed this one for you.” Nemuri replied, rolling her eyes. Momo nodded and took her beloved’s arm while commenting with a slight tone of reproach.

“How many times have I told you it’s important to have good luggage? One of these days, you’re going to lose something important because you’re so careless.”

“It’s just that my Momo is so good at these things that I keep forgetting.” Kai replied with a casual smile as he walked with Nemuri and Momo to the garage, where a limousine awaited them. Momo couldn’t help but smile tenderly at her beloved’s words and replied in a cheerful voice.

“I don’t know what you’d do without a wife like me. In the future, I won’t let you pack anything, or who knows what disaster you’d cause.”

“I’m really lucky…” Kai replied with an affectionate, playful tone, which made Nemuri and Momo laugh.

“By the way, I almost forgot.”

At that moment, Nemuri commented with a smile before grabbing Kai’s face and giving him a deep kiss. After finishing, Nemuri seductively licked her lips and glanced at Momo, who, with a subtle blush, leaned in and kissed her beloved as well.

…

…

…

“Does anyone know why Chatora didn’t want to travel with us and is arriving tomorrow on his own?”

Entering a massive summer mansion, Ryuko couldn’t help but comment, visibly dissatisfied. Tomoko, Momo, and Nejire could only shake their heads, equally unpleased, while the others let out small sighs. Shino spoke in a calm voice, taking Kai’s hand beside her.

“We have to understand, he wants to give us our space and not play ‘third wheel.’”

“Still, it’s just one day. Let’s not sour our mood over it and enjoy our vacation.” Nemuri commented with a smile while holding her straw hat to keep the wind from blowing it away. Nejire soon added, full of enthusiasm.

“Let’s make the most of the privacy and do things we can’t do when Chatora is here!”

“Let’s play something sexy!” Tomoko quickly added with shining eyes, looking at Nejire as if she were a unique genius. The beautiful blue-haired girl nodded even more excitedly and said.

“I brought cards and a bunch of stuff!”

Tomoko and Nejire’s exchange made Momo and Yumiko’s faces flush as they looked away, while the others couldn’t help but show lustful smiles. But at that moment, Kai spoke in a more serious tone.

“Just keep things under control. I don’t want anyone feeling uncomfortable. We came here to relax and have a good time.”

“Let’s take it step by step. Rushing only leads to mistakes.” Shino nodded and commented in a calm voice, trying to restrain her own lust.

“Mom, Momo, don’t you want to play? Are you going to let us play alone?”

Seeing the only shy ones, Nejire quickly ran to them and asked with puppy eyes, making the mother and young woman hesitate. But before they could say anything, Kai appeared behind Nejire, gave her a light tap on the head, and scolded her, somewhat helplessly.

“What did I just say? Don’t force them.”

“Nemuri Onee-chan, Kai-chan is bullying me!” Pouting, Nejire jumped into Nemuri’s arms and complained in a “distraught” voice. Amused, Nemuri patted Nejire’s head and commented calmly.

“Sweetie, Kai just wants us to enjoy the vacation without pressure. Don’t make things hard for him…”

“…”

Not getting Nemuri’s support, Nejire could only pout sadly and walk defeatedly toward Kai, jumping onto his chest to hang like a koala while complaining in a spoiled voice.

“I’m sad. Carry me, Kai-chan.”

“What am I going to do with you?”

Kai commented, half-amused, half-helpless, and soon picked up Nejire’s suitcase to head into the house while everyone laughed at Nejire’s antics. Meanwhile, Salem and Tama, perched on Kai’s shoulders, meowed in annoyance at Nejire for disturbing their rest before jumping off to explore the surroundings.

For their part, Yumiko and Momo, who had felt a bit self-conscious, showed more relaxed and happy smiles as they looked at the spoiled blue-haired girl with warm eyes. It was obvious to them that Nejire’s clowning was meant to help them relax, and it was quite effective, dispelling their earlier embarrassment and discomfort.

“Alright, since I sent all the service staff on vacation so we could have privacy, try not to make too much of a mess because we’ll have to clean up ourselves.”

In the main lounge of the summer house, a spacious and elegant area with a direct view of the sea, Keiko commented with a smile while setting her suitcase aside. Kai conjured three Nen beasts in the large form of Salem and said as he sat on a couch with Nejire still clinging to him.

“I’ll leave these here, and you can conjure your Accomplices to help out.”

Before Kai could even finish speaking, all the girls summoned their Accomplices and handed over their suitcases before flopping onto the couches. Meanwhile, Nejire, with an almost intoxicated expression as she inhaled the scent of Kai’s neck, flicked out her small tongue and licked him while her hips over Kai’s crotch began to move slowly.

“Kai-chan… Love me… I don’t want to wait anymore…”
