… Why rush things? He doesn’t have to make a choice right now… not when he already has Panam in his lap just begging for it. And that’s not hyperbole either. The way she’s grinding down on him, the way she’s pushing her teat into his mouth as he suckles and nibbles at it… yeah, she wants him. And he wants her.
Best of all, he’s somehow managed to navigate them into a situation where Panam is still coming onto him despite knowing he’s getting it on with other women. Obviously, continuing to thread that needle wouldn’t be easy… Panam in the previous timeline had been very monogamous. But he’d always thought she had this in her… and all he had to do now was focus on drawing it out of her one pleasurable experience at a time.
Panam lets out a wanton moan as V’s mouth works hard at her nipple, his tongue swirling around the hardened teat. Her back arches, pressing her chest even further into his eager lips. One of her hands presses against the back of his head, while the other descends down between their bodies to his crotch to rub against his straining bulge.
“F-Fuck V… that feels so good. Don’t stop.”
Even as Panam breathes out those words, her voice husky with desire, she grinds her hips downwards, also pushing her pussy against the lower part of his confined shaft as well. Their pants both get in the way of the most pleasure possible, but that doesn’t stop Panam from clearly feeling it and feeling it hard.
“D-Don’t stop… please don’t stop.”
Like a broken record, she repeats herself. It’s almost like she thinks he might second guess this decision at any moment and push her off of him or something. But then, V isn’t all that surprised… deep within Panam, underneath layers of confidence and inner strength, lies a kernel of insecurity. It’s not right to say that Panam wears her self-confidence like a façade or anything, because she doesn’t. And yet, just because she’s sure of herself in many ways doesn’t mean she doesn’t sometimes feel insecure and anxious in other ways.
Men, obviously, are something Panam doesn’t have the greatest track record with. So even though she puts on her game face, she can’t quite act like she knows for sure how he’s going to react. She still doesn’t realize that V has wanted to make her his all along… and now that he has her, he’s going to finish things, no matter what.
But before they can truly get down to business, the clothes have to get the fuck out of the way. For V it’s nothing difficult… in fact, Panam makes sure to extract his cock from his pants pretty swiftly, her palm wrapping around his shaft and stroking it up and down. By comparison however, getting the beautiful caramel-skinned Nomad out of her apple-bottomed jeans is a bit harder given the way they sculpt to her ass and the cramped space of the Warhorse’s front seats.
But it could be worse. The Warhorse isn’t as cramped as some smaller cars, and Panam’s eagerness means he’s working with her all the way through. Eventually, they finally get her jeans off, and slide aside the crotch of her green leotard, leaving her glistening wet pussy lips fully exposed and mere centimeters away from his twitching cockhead.
Panam’s breath hitches as she feels the thickness of V’s cock finally press against her slick folds. He can see the shiver of anticipation running through her body and can practically hear her heart pounding in her chest. The beautiful woman looks down at him with hooded eyes, her lips parted ever so slightly and her breath coming out in soft pants.
Finally, with a roll of her hips, Panam starts to sink down V’s substantial length, a guttural groan escaping her lips followed by a wanton moan as inch after inch disappears up inside of her. Her inner walls clench and squeeze down around his hard, pulsing cock, even as V grips her hips and grins at how good it feels to finally split her open.
“Fuuuck V…”
Panam whimpers, her head falling back for a moment as she adjusts to his glorious intrusion. She’s incredibly tight, V has to admit, gripping him like a velvet vice. This time around they don’t have the shared mental connection from interfacing with the Basilisk… but truth be told, that doesn’t diminish the experience for V in any way, shape, or form. And what Panam doesn’t know, she can’t exactly miss now can she?
Soon enough, Panam starts to move, lifting herself up until just the tip of V’s cock remains inside of her and she’s pressing her shoulders against the roof of her truck. Then, she slams herself back down again, taking every thick inch of his fully organic cock up inside of her. To her credit, the Nomad quickly sets a steady rhythm, riding V with increasing fervor until the Warhorse is rocking and creaking with the force of her movements.
Her tits bounce and sway with each roll of her hips, her dusky nipples hard and begging for attention that V gives them. Her eyes threaten to roll back in her head when he goes back to biting and sucking at her teats, whimpering and whining as she shudders in ecstasy.
“You’re so fucking BIG, V. I love how fucking DEEP you are inside of me…”
Panam’s fingers dig into the firm muscles of V’s shoulders, urging him to thrust up into her with every downward drop she makes. She grinds her clit into his pelvis, chasing that delicious friction on top of all of the other pleasure they’re both experiencing.
“Don’t hold back, V. Fuck me hard, please. I want to feel you for days…”
He’s not holding back, to be fair. And yet… he’s not giving it his all either. Not by choice, mind you, but by limitations. The fact is, he can’t really leverage his current position to fuck Panam as hard as possible… nor as hard as she probably wants him to. If he’s going to give her what she really wants, V is going to have to switch things up.
Reaching up, V grabs Panam by her ponytail and gives it a gentle but firm tug, forcing her to look him in the eyes.
“Trust me, Panam?”
Her breath hitches momentarily, but she barely hesitates before nodding while moaning.
“Y-yeah… yes V… I trust you.”
Letting go of her ass, V reaches over and despite doing so blind, he grabs the inside handle of the Warhorse’s passenger side door… and pulls it, flinging the door open and exposing them both to not just the cool evening air of Night City, but also anyone who might be walking by at precisely that right moment.
Nobody is, of course. V has double and triple checked, on top of having Alt running overwatch for them. Nobody is watching, either in person or through the area’s security cameras.
Panam freezes up all the same at suddenly being exposed… but after a moment she calms down, not saying a word as she looks at him and waits to see what he’ll do next. Obviously, what V does next is drag them both out of the truck and onto the ground.
Panam gasps as he spins her around and pulls her back against his chest. One arm slides through the crooks of her elbows to hold her arms behind her back, while the other slides down her front, playing with her breasts, her abdomen, and her pussy for a moment. Panam doesn’t fight it though. She offers zero resistance, completely surrendering to him… trusting IN him, really.
V can’t help but be thrilled by the trust she shows him, even as he moves them both around to the front of her truck… and bends her over the hood. Panam gasps as her hands slap down on the hood of the Warhorse, her back arching instinctively and her legs spreading willingly. Down between those legs, V can see how wet she is for him even now, her juices dripping out of her.
One might assume that she was only so wet because they’d just been fucking in the truck… but V knew better. Panam was the kind of gal who got off on danger… and she was also the kind of gal who got off on being fucked bent over her own set of wheels, so long as it was by the right guy. The beautiful Nomad’s next words all but confirm it.
“T-This what you want, V? To dominate me? To stake your claim and conquer me?”
Shivering in excitement, Panam looks back over her shoulder at him before reaching back with a hand to expose herself even further. Seeing that… V doesn’t hesitate. In a single step he grabs her hips and spears into her from behind, his thick cock disappearing back into her cunt and stretching her back open in one powerful thrust.
Her back arches harder, pressing her chest against the cool metal of the truck hood as V starts to move almost immediately, fucking into her hard and fast just like she’d asked for.
“Y-Yes V… fuck, just like that!”
Panam doesn’t bother holding back her voice either. In the end, either she’s convinced herself that he won’t let anyone who shouldn’t see or hear them catch wind of what’s going on… or she’s just decided she doesn’t care. Either way, her voice echoes into the night air, heard by nobody except for her, V, and Alt.
Pushing her hips back to meet V’s forceful thrusts, the slap of flesh against flesh soon fills the air as well, mingling with her wanton moans. Panam shudders and shivers as V sets a rather brutal pace, pounding into her cunt with all his strength. The truck rocks in front of them, and Panam’s tits bounce with each thrust, the hard points of her teats dragging against the hood.
She loses the ability to speak somewhere around that point. Moaning wantonly, squealing melodically, and all around cumming her brains out on his cock, her voice ragged with pleasure all the while. But V doesn’t need her to talk to know how good he’s making her feel. The more he fucks her, the more he claims her… and that’s exactly what V knows he has to do if he wants to keep Panam by his side this time around.
Last time… he’d been distracted. His attention had been mostly on the threat of dying. Panam had been just another means to an end, a lead on the cure… until she wasn’t. But by the time V realized how important Panam was to him, it was already too late. Not in the ‘dying’ sense… but in the loyalty sense.
By the time V and Panam had bumped uglies and knocked boots, Panam was already back with the Aldecaldos, even if only on a provisional basis. She’d already been accepted back among their number, with even Saul forced to begrudgingly acknowledge her contributions and value to the Nomad Tribe.
That was all well and good save for one thing… V wasn’t really interested in the Nomad lifestyle. And Panam was similarly disinterested in the City lifestyle, even after he managed to extend his lifespan by another six months and became King of the Afterlife. They’d both tried to make it work… but in the end, she’d been pulled too heavily towards her family.
Maybe it was hypocritical or contradictory that V wasn’t willing to let Panam go but was fine with Judy and Evelyn hitting the road. He didn’t care though. If he had his way, then Panam and her Nomad Clan would never fully reconcile. Cordial, polite, and friendly with one another? Sure. And hell, V would even do his part to try and make sure Saul didn’t sell out his clan to Biotechnica as well, as a present for Panam.
… In exchange, he was keeping her this time around. Selfish? Yeah. Assholish? Probably. Did he care? Not really. V had never claimed to be a hero. He’d certainly never claimed to be a good person.
That’s why, as he fucks Panam over the hood of her own truck for anyone but truthfully no one to see, V doesn’t hold back. He etches himself into every inch of Panam’s cunt with his cock, he fucks her through climax after climax to make sure she knows who her man really is… and finally, he cums without warning or mention, filling her womb with his seed right there on the spot.
Panam doesn’t seem to mind though. She doesn’t bring up one word of complaint, and in fact when he finally pulls out of her freshly creampied cunt, the caramel-skinned Nomad spins around, drops to her knees, and takes him into her mouth while fondling a tit and fingering her cunt. V looks down at Panam as she looks up at him and grins widely, knowing full well that he has her right where he wants her.
And the best part is, as far as she’s concerned… it’s right where she wants to be as well.

Hours later, with Panam properly tuckered out and asleep in his bed, V lounges back on the couch in his apartment. Alt appears beside him, smirking a little bit as she rests her head in her hand while looking at him.
“So… Voodoo Boys dealt with. NetWatch placated for the time being. And your own pet Nomad, bagged and tagged ahead of schedule.”
Snorting derisively, V gives the AI a look.
“Not quite. Not about to count my chickens before they’ve hatched.”
Alt hums before grinning.
“You know you got that turn of phrase from Johnny or I right? It’s an old school idiom.”
V shrugs after a short pause. He’s long made peace with how much having Silverhand in his head changed him. He’s not the same V who ran away to Atlanta and then had to come back with his tail tucked between his legs, nor is he even the same V that went into Konpeki Plaza. The experiences of the months proceeding that job were one thing, but more than that, his brain was getting rewritten by Johnny’s mere presence all that time.
Alt, the greater Alt, had done her best to put him back together and back in his body while giving him another six months… but it didn’t surprise V that there were traces of Johnny even now. He’d long since made his peace with it.
“Still, what’s next on the chopping block, V?”
He doesn’t even have to think about it, not really.
“Danger Gal. I’m sick and tired of them watching Vik and Misty, looking for an opportunity to use them to get at me.”
Really, he’d hoped that by just giving Viktor and Misty some space, Michiko and her Puma Squad would back off and search for other avenues to get to him. But all these weeks later and they were STILL keeping tabs on his friends.
They hadn’t done anything more than that, which is why he hadn’t put a bullet in each of their skulls yet, but it did mean he’d been putting off some cyberware upgrades for a while now. Even setting aside increasing amounts of eddies to get Alt and Sasha bodies like he did Rebecca, V had more than enough money to go back under the knife. Unfortunately, the moment he did so, Puma Squad would be all over him.
“What’s the play then, V? Let them spring their trap and come down on them hard, bop them on the nose to give them a warning… or something else entirely?”
V hums, even as Alt reaches out and places a bit with his shaved head, running her fingers along his scalp. Then… he makes his decision.
