Blissful Chaos Under Twin Moons

(Fiuuuuuu...)

A soft and steady breeze blew while the silver mantle of the twin moons continued to illuminate the forest clearing, sustaining that fragile illusion of stillness that threatened to crumble away at any second.

(Sssssuuu...)

However, amidst the silence of the wind drifting through the treetops, the space contracted in discrete concealment as the currents of natural energy twisted under the pressure of the invisible barrier.

(Sssffuuu...)

And at the epicenter of that sanctuary of the absurd, reality fragmented into multiple parallel scenarios, each operating under its own laws of chaos.

(Zzzzz-fiiisss...)

On one end, the air vibrated with the muffled hiss of wind magic and the crunch of botanical biomass being ripped apart in absolute acoustic isolation.

(Vvvnn-ssshhh... Sss-jiiisssss...)

There, the ancient villains trapped in the bodies of the Valerius princesses danced in a choreography of desperate violence, turning carnivorous plants into fertilizer to protect Mireya’s blissful ignorance.

"... Even in the game, everything turned into a boss fight... Haaah... How did everything end up like this...?"

Who, in turn, remained absorbed in the screen of his console, internally debating his life decisions.

("...?")

Meanwhile, on the opposite flank, within the twilight of the elongated shadows, a tiny golden straw doll floated in the midst of a fanatical prostration, tilting her head of threads before an army of hundreds of newly reanimated female warriors who cheered her on as their new deity.

("What are they doing?")

However, in contrast, just a few meters away on the opposite end, the metaphysical mysticism of the petrified goddesses' liberation had taken a completely aberrant and desperate turn.

(Ggrrr-shhhhh...)

(Sssrrrh-t...!)

The damp soil of the forest clearing stood as a silent witness to an agony that defied all biological logic.

(... Khh-aaah... Haaah...)

(... gsssh... ahhh...)

At the site, two stone statues writhed upon the grass in a state of absolute frenzy.

("Does something look wrong with them?")

Because of this, Silver, in her infinite martial precision but abysmal childish inexperience, found herself confused, not knowing how to proceed.

(... Khh-aaah... Khh-aaah...)

(... Sss-aaah~)

Thanks to Silver having identified and neutralized the "Property of Inertia" and the "Stasis" of the marble, both goddesses regained their kinetic capacity, movement, and consciousness.

"Ahhh~... N-No... ugh..."

Nevertheless, the Grey Flames had not touched the curse of the Demon Queen of Lust.

(... Haaah... Haaah...)

As a result, the stimulus of absolute pleasure—that eternal punishment condemning them to a perpetual climax—remained branded onto the very core of their souls, urging them to manifest its effect the moment they regained movement.

(Krak... k-srack...)

Thus, the older sister, the "Goddess on the brink of climax," arched her high-density marble torso with feverish desperation, digging her rigid fingers into the earth, tearing up chunks of grass and mud in a blind attempt to find relief while her polished stone eyelids opened and closed violently, revealing grey pupils that gleamed with the spark of a divinity rapidly sinking into madness.

(... Mmmgh... sss-shhh... O-Ooooh~)

In parallel, by her side, the younger sister, the "Goddess of eternal desire," collapsed into her own loop of metaphysical frustration while her rigid limbs rubbed against the ground, seeking the pain of fracturing as a crude substitute for the pleasure denied to her, only to experience the frustration of continuous abstinence in her senses.

(Clink... clank...)

And witnessing such a scene, the tiny figure of Silver—looking like a small suit of silver armor—not knowing what to do, briefly averted her gaze toward the inn...

("....")

Only to immediately refocus her attention on both statues afterward, as thoughts like, "why on earth were they rolling on the ground, scratching the dirt, and making those strange and annoying noises?" drifted through her mind.

("... Broken stone?")

In the end, unable to find answers, a small pulse of doubt crossed the core of the armor.

("Silly stones... they aren't still anymore... why are they crying?")

To the mindset of a child barely aware of the complexities of the adult world, the actions of the fallen goddesses made absolutely no sense.

(Bzzzzzhhhhh... Zuum-zuum!!)

But at the exact same time those events were unfolding...

(Vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv—!)

On the other side, the acoustic isolation of the vacuum barrier began to vibrate with unusual violence, distorting the air just a few centimeters from Mireya’s back.

(GROAAAARGH!!)

And what started as a pleasant breeze had transformed into a hotbed of botanical hostility.

(KISSSS-SSSHHH!!)

Flora’s glowing pollen kept raining down in glowing cascades, and the earth, fertilized by that royal-rank natural energy, did not stop birthing monstrosities.

"Damn piece-of-shit plants!"

Thanks to that, new aberrations emerged from the mutated undergrowth, ranging from colossal orchids whose corollas opened to reveal rows of human teeth made of hardened calcium, to thorny vines that lashed against the ground with the crack of leather whips.

(Gggrrraaaaaahhh!)

The monstrous flora roared, dripping gastric fluids that made healthy roots boil, launching themselves in frenzied waves against the defensive perimeter.

(Shwiiip—Zzas!)

However, despite that, in front of the horde, Helena and Yuriel moved not like ladies of royalty, but like true demons of war, unleashing a butchery that served as a release valve for a completely shattered psyche.

"Come on, you filthy freaks, I'm going to teach you what real pain is!"

In the midst of the frenzy of slashes and gusts of wind, their refined feminine features deformed into sneers of contempt, and from their lips began to spew a tide of vulgar, harsh insults, heavy with the resentment typical of ordinary old men trapped in bodies not their own.

"I'm going to turn you into furniture!!"

Yuriel roared with a raspy voice that contrasted grotesquely with the delicacy of her princess larynx.

(CLEAV—SPLASH!!)

Immediately after, with both hands gripped tightly around the handle of her colossal axe, she spun on her heels and cleaved a vine the thickness of a human torso in two, splattering dark sap across her sacerdotal habit.

"AHAHAHA~ HA!!"

Her bicolor eyes gleamed with a fanatical hatred—not toward the botanical monsters, but toward the ghosts of her own recent past.

"Shut your mouths and just die already!"

Meanwhile, Helena spat on the ground, extending her rigidly arched hands to concentrate the wind into invisible threads that decapitated three carnivorous orchids in a single strike.

(Fwiiii-ssst-CHIK-ssst-fwiiii)

The speed of their movements was perfect, but their minds were a whirlwind of intertwined traumas.

"That damn brain in a jar...!"

Every slash and every compression spell was a direct retaliation against the torment they had suffered under the yoke of their captors.

"I wish it were here right now so I could chop it to pieces!"

They remembered the underground laboratory with nightmare clarity: the horror of seeing their minds tortured and shredded by a brain floating inside a biological container—a gray, inhuman mass that manipulated their synapses and altered their memories as if they were simple carnival toys.

"Chief, don't say that... I don't want to go through another baptism!!"

But the trauma was so severe that, even amidst their rants, both were well aware that they could never stand against them.

"Damn it... I know that!!"

Hence, with no other choice, Yuriel delivered a descending slash that shattered the ground of the clearing, burying the head of a carnivorous plant beneath three spans of packed earth as a release.

"Just die already! We've had more than enough of that damn hell!"

The panic of being used as lab rats once again drove them to massacre the mutated flora.

(KRA-KRA-KRA-TA!!)

Both unfortunate souls still felt the ongoing agony of having been experimentation subjects to perfect Melioris's divine territory; the intolerable pain of seeing their consciousnesses stretched, dismantled, and forcefully fused with the living structure of the inn, which had subjected them to all sorts of humiliations and aberrant modifications just because their captors found them "interesting."

"If you think I'm going to let them lock me up in a hole again, you're dead wrong, you stupid piece-of-shit plants!"

They were broken souls, well aware of their own weakness in front of the authentic monsters that had molded them.

"Well said, chief!!"

Because of that, seeing those monstrous plants growl before them did not provoke a desire to be heroes, but rather a visceral disgust and the urgent need to vent all their accumulated frustration against something they, at long last, could actually cut down.

(PLAF—PLAF—PLAF!!)

Thus, Yuriel swung her axe erratically, shattering the ground and splattering dark sap across her sacerdotal habit, letting out a stifled laugh that betrayed just how unbalanced her psyche truly was.

(Shwiiip—Zzas!)

By her side, Helena coordinated her vacuum blasts with an almost hysterical urgency, disintegrating the sharp petals that lunged from the flanks like a whip.

"... Sniff... My nose..."

But as their battle forged ahead, the colossal invisible structure lurking from the borders of the forest executed its next phase with a mathematical and ruthless synchronicity.

"A-A...!"

Without any of the combatants being able to foresee it, the seams of the metaphysical space strained to the limit as the third and fourth layers of the barrier suddenly overlapped.

"Chief, it looks like this is...?!"

As a result, the environmental pressure didn't just double; instead, it became an asphyxiating force that altered the very composition of the natural air, triggering an immediate collapse within the sensitive organism of the little spirit princess.

"Damn it... GET READY!!"

Thus Flora, whose spiritual body was already enduring severe irritation, snapped her eyes wide open while her tiny translucent wings vibrated in a spasm of absolute rejection...

(ACHÚÚÚÚÚÚÚ!!)

... Unleashing a massive explosion of energy.

(Pshhhhh-GROOOOAAAAAHHHHH!!)

In a blink, a colossal and thick tide of glowing green pollen released from her tiny body, expanding like a massive and asphyxiating dust storm that rolled across the forest clearing, devouring the light of the twin moons.

(Bzzzzzzzz-SHUAAAAAAAAGGGGGHH...)

It was a dense cloud of phosphorescent particles, heavy and charged with an uncontrolled spiritual vitality, that surged forward like an aerial wave of mud at ground level.

"E-eh?!"

"Damn it...?"

Right in that millisecond, the priestesses' choreography of silent violence had reached its climax.

(ZING—ZASH... FUSH-PRRAK!!)

Catching sight of such a wave, Yuriel—who had just sliced through the stalk of the last carnivorous plant with a downward slash of her colossal axe, her muscles strained to the limit and her breath shattered by frustration—and Helena—who, using wind magic, was concentrating on incinerating the remains of the mutated biomass—were caught completely off guard.

(FWOOOOOOOOSH!!)

(PLAF!)

Resulting in the blast of the emerald storm hitting them full-force and without warning from behind.

"What... t-the hel...?"

Thereby, the density of the pollen instantly nullified the acoustic vacuum barrier and struck the biological bodies of the Valerius princesses with the force of a conceptual impact, causing Yuriel's eyes to roll back in an instant as all strength vanished from her knees.

(Fwiiip—CHOP-PLUMP!... Plat.)

Thus, the colossal axe slipped from her fingers, sinking into the mud with a dull echo as her body collapsed forward.

"... Zzz... Zzzz..."

By her side, Helena couldn't even mutter an insult; the emerald mist flooded her lungs, snuffing out her consciousness like a candle in a gale.

In such a manner, the collapse of both men trapped in the bodies of the beautiful warrior princesses was entirely stripped of any hint of dignity or royal elegance.

(Rustle-shhh—SPLASH-THUD!... crack-shhh...)

Immediately after, they rolled onto the damp grass and the puddle of dark sap, left lying in a completely unseemly posture with their limbs twisted among the roots, their sacred habits stained with dirt, and their pale faces half-buried in the destroyed undergrowth—fallen like simple bags of unconscious flesh after exhausting every last ounce of their strength.

"Uf... I-I feel... empty..."

And in the air, silence abruptly returned while Flora, unable to maintain the flapping of her wings due to the violent metaphysical rejection of the four overlapping barriers, began to lose altitude erratically.

"... Mommy."

The last of her tiny strength vanished completely.

"Everything will be alright~"

However, just as Flora's tiny, exhausted body completely lost its lift in the air, drifting down like a defenseless, withered petal, a hand moved with a completely natural fluidity and rhythm...

"My... you are quite a mess, little one..."

Mireya, averting his gaze from the glowing screen of the handheld console for a brief instant, extended the palm of his free hand and caught the tiny spirit princess just a few centimeters above his lap, cushioning her fall with instinctive gentleness.

"There, there... steady now."

With a calm that bordered on the surreal given the dantesco scenario of destruction and unconscious bodies surrounding him, Mireya momentarily set the device aside and reached into his pocket to pull out a neat cloth handkerchief.

"Be careful, little one... you've already caused enough chaos for one day."

Thus proceeding to comfort her...

"... I wonder what I should do."

Looking at her with resignation.
