Dimensional Saturation

The sky above the main highway seemed to solidify into a mass of light and condensed energy.

(¡¡¡KRA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA!!!)

The flurry of attacks unleashed in that moment was not a mere succession of blows, but a dimensional saturation of simultaneous impacts.

(¡¡CRACK-BAM-BAM-CRACK-BAM-CRACK-BAM-BAM-BAM!!)

Like a thousand-armed deity discharging its judgment upon the earth, the winged beast unleashed thousands of strikes per second, impacting the chitinous titan's surface all at once.

(¡¡¡RA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA!!!)

The sound was not that of fists hitting flesh; it was the roar of continuous industrial demolition.

(¡¡KRA-SHHH-KRA-SHHH-KRA-SHHH-KRA-SHHH!!)

Each impact from the multiple arms—charged with golden energy—acted like a depth charge, sending shockwaves through meters of the giant’s biomass until they reached the asphalt below.

(¡¡¡DOKOKOKOKOKOKOKOKOKOKOKOKOKOKOKO!!!)

The accumulated pressure at a single focal point was such that the ground's resistance gave way completely.

(¡¡¡KRRR-AAAAA-KOOOOOM!!!)

Under the unbearable weight of the barrage and the mass of the shredded titan, the highway fractured.

{"¡¡¡AH AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!"}

As a result, an abyssal fissure began to tear open from the epicenter of the attack, spreading like a black lightning bolt across miles of asphalt.

(¡¡RUMMM-BROOOO-OOM-OOOMMM!!)

The ground collapsed, creating a makeshift canyon that swallowed the pulverized remains of the swarm.

(¡¡GRRR-KRAAASH-HOOOOOM!!)

However, far from disintegrating, the titan proved why it was the pinnacle of parasitic evolution.

"¡¡¡GRRRROOAAAWWWLLL!!!"

Facing the relentless rain of thousands of simultaneous impacts from the multiple arms, the giant's biomass entered a state of defensive hyper-adaptation.

{"¡¡¡BREAK, DISMEMBER, TEAR, DESTROY!!!"}

Instead of attempting to counterattack, every cell of the swarm sacrificed itself to redistribute the kinetic energy.

(¡¡¡RA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA!!!)

Amidst the endless attacks, the outer layers of dense carbide liquefied and solidified in milliseconds, creating a liquid damping structure that prevented the blows from pulverizing its vital cores.

(¡¡VROOOO-MUM-MUM-MUM-MUM!!)

Yet, though the titan managed to mitigate physical damage, it could not nullify the mass.

(¡¡RRRRRRRR-KRA-KOOOOOMMMMMM!!!)

And under the unceasing punishment of the winged beast, the highway finally gave way entirely.

(¡¡KRA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA-TA! ¡SCREEEEE-KRA-KRA-KRA-KRA-KRA-KRA-KRA-KRAAAAAA! ¡RRRRRRR-KRA-KOOOOOO-MUM-MUM-MUM-MUM-MUM-MMMMM!!)

The ground became an open maw that began to swallow the monstrosity of flesh and bone.

(¡¡¡SCREEE-KRAAAA!!!)

Thus, the titan began to sink slowly into the bowels of the earth, clinging to life with terrifying tenacity.

(¡¡TAT-TAT-TAT-TAT-TAT!!)

As it fell into the depths of the fault, its body constantly divided and regenerated in a desperate attempt to anchor itself to the canyon walls.

(¡¡RUMMM-BROOOOOM!!)

The locusts forming its limbs embedded themselves into the rock and broken asphalt, trying to halt the descent; but the rain of crimson fists gave them no quarter, hammering the giant deeper into the dark.

{"¡¡¡PAIN... MAKE IT STOP... STOP... IT HURTS.... KYAHAHAHAJAJAHAHJAJAKYAHAHAJAJAHAHA!!"}

Each strike from the dozen arms didn't just seek to crush the titan's structure; the cold, sharp claws crowning each limb functioned as high-frequency blades that, upon impact, shredded and ground up hectares of living tissue in a single blink.

(¡¡¡SPLAT-KRRR-SHLOK-TCHAK-TCHAK-TCHAK!!!)

The cacophony was unbearable: the sound of bursting chitin mixed with the screech of flesh being liquefied and a frantic laughter that echoed from the void of a monstrous expression, full of pure madness, as if thousands of demons were celebrating at once.

(¡GLUP-WOSH-SPLAT-SPLAT-SPLAT-SPLAT-SPLAT-SPLAT! ¡SHHHHHHHHH-KRA-TCHHHHH-SHHHHHHHHHHH! ¡PST-PST-SPLAT-SPLAT-SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!)

Finally, in its desperation, the titan tried to regenerate its fibers faster than they were being destroyed; however, this only served to feed the massacre further.

<"This seems excessive, even by my standards...">

By forcing its metabolism to the limit, the giant produced massive volumes of acidic blood and vital fluids which, under the pressure of the punches, sprayed out in a thick, red mist.

(¡¡¡FSHHHHH-WOSHHHHH-ROOOOOAAARRRRR!!!)

That crimson spray did not dissipate.

(¡¡GLU-GLU-GLUP-SPLASH-SPLASH-SPLASH-SPLASH!!)

Instead, due to the depth of the fissure and the intensity of the attack, the blood began to plummet to the bottom of the abyss like an endless waterfall.

(¡FSHHHHH-WOSHHHHH-ROOOOOAAARRRRR! ¡GLU-GLU-GLUP-SPLASH-SPLASH-SPLASH-SPLASH! ¡B-ZZZZZZZ-B-ZZZZZZZ-SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!)

As a result, in a terrifyingly short period, what began as a puddle at the bottom of the fault transformed into a boiling ocean of blood.

(¡GURGLE-GHRRR-KRA-TAT-TAT-TAT-TAT-TAT-TAT-TAT! ¡SPLASH-CHOKE-GURGLE-GURGLE-KRAAAAA-TAT-TAT! ¡SHHH-SPLUT-GHRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR-KRA-KRA-KRA!)

Trapped between the rain of saturation strikes and the abyss it was filling itself, the chitinous titan reached an aberrant state of survival.

(¡SCHLUCK-SCHLUCK-SCHLUCK-SCHLUCK-SCHLUCK! ¡CRUNCH-SLURP-SLURP-SLURP-SLURP-SLURP! ¡THOCK-SHLORP-THOCK-SHLORP-THOCK-SHLORP!)

At the brink of collapse, its lower limbs and the tendrils of its torso dug deep into the walls of the fissure—not to anchor, but to consume.

(¡CRRR-GRIND-KRA-SHHH-KRA-SHHH-KRA-SHHH! ¡VREEEEEE-SKRONCH-SKRONCH-SKRONCH-SKRONCH! ¡SQUELCH-SSSSS-SQUELCH-SSSSS-SQUELCH-SSSSS!)

In a process of necrotic assimilation, the swarm began to digest the minerals, rock, and asphalt of the rift, transmuting inorganic matter into emergency biomass at a suicidal speed.

(¡KRA-SHHH-SLURP-KRA-SHHH-SLURP-KRA-SHHH-SLURP! ¡GRIND-GULP-TAT-TAT-TAT-GRIND-GULP-TAT-TAT-TAT! ¡VROOOO-MUM-SQUELCH-VROOOO-MUM-SQUELCH!)

That frantic feeding maintained a painful point of balance: for every ton of flesh that the cold claws shredded into liquid, the titan absorbed meters of earth to regenerate its tissues.

<"Though, in turn, the kind of monster capable of resisting such punishment is exceedingly interesting.">

It was a race of attrition where the giant became a living filter, transforming the earth's crust into an inexhaustible source of blood.

(¡¡¡KRRR-SPLAT-GURGLE-VRAAA-MNN!!!)

The carnage reached a hypnotic frequency.

<"Though, unfortunately...">

With every impact, the titan let out an ultrasonic shriek while being pushed centimeter by centimeter toward the ocean of its own blood.

<"This must end.">

The level of the crimson fluid continued to rise, fed by the constant grinding, as the titan struggled to keep its head above the boiling tide, desperately devouring the walls of the fault to replace the limbs being torn away.

<"Fifty-two trillion, eight hundred billion, four hundred million... That you have reached a balance of destruction and consumption... is most unfortunate.">

At that critical point, Echidna’s voice resonated with icy clarity, cutting through the noise of destruction.

<"I have understood every variable of your regeneration.">

As the titan roared, making its exoskeleton creak in a final attempt at resistance, Echidna dictated the final sentence.

<"It's time to wake up, partner.">

In response to her words, a golden glow emerged from the monstrous form in the sky, taking on a deep and vibrant emerald hue.

{"¡¡¡AAAAAAAAGHHH!!!"}

From within the demonic form itself, energy serpents emerged, materializing with a terrifying physical density.

<"I'm sorry I have to do this to you... but it's the only way you'll react... So, with that said...">

However, those entities did not attack the titan; instead, they lunged at the multi-armed beast itself.

(¡¡¡SHHHHH-KRRRR-VZZZZT!!!)

With a speed that ignored inertia, they coiled around the thousands of supplementary arms, tightening with a force that immobilized all movement, suppressing every action in a discharge of overloaded sparks.

<"Come on, try to cooperate!">

But despite the emerald restraints, the resistance was absolute.

{"¡GWA-HA-HA-HAAA-RRRRRGH-U-HUU-HUU-HAAAA! ¡HYEE-HE-HE-HE-RAAAAAAAGH-SKREEEE-HUUUUU! ¡GYAA-HA-HA-HA-HA-GRAAAARRRRR-U-HUUUU-HAA!"}

Mireya and Goldie, fused into a single instinct of death, writhed with a force that made the energy serpents vibrate to the point of rupture.

{"¡RRRRRRRR-KRA-K-K-K-K-K-K-K-K-K-KAAAAAAAGH! ¡CREEEEEE-AK-SNAPP-KRA-KRA-KRA-KRA-KRA! ¡GNNNNNNNH-SHHH-KRA-KRA-KRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!"}

The winged beast roared and struggled, its twelve supplementary arms straining against the bindings in a frenzy that threatened to shatter its own bone structure before yielding.

<"Prepare for the shock.">

In that instant, the emerald serpent surrounding the beast’s neck dilated its jaws and, with a lightning-fast movement, sank its fangs into the nape of the unbalanced union.

{"......"}

It injected tons of pure information in a fraction of a microsecond; the total count of trillions of replicas of every locust generated and killed during the carnage was transferred instantly to the consciousness of both Mireya and Goldie at once.

{"¡¡¡¡GGGRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!!"}

The result was a shock so profound it unleashed a scream of absolute agony that tore through the air, surpassing the roar of the blood ocean.

("¡¡¡AAAAAAHHH!!")

"¡¡¡KYAAAAAAAAAAA!!!"

The shock was so violent and sudden it forced the consciousness of both Mireya and Goldie to resurface for an instant, causing the crimson eyes to turn a pale, opaque white.

"DISSONANCE!!"

The maniacal entity, shaken by the forced clarity of an unimaginable sensory overload, experienced a moment of lucidity sufficient to cancel the madness.

(¡¡VROOOOOM-SHIIIIIIIIIIII-PHUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!)

At that breaking point, as Mireya’s mind and Goldie’s clashed at the epicenter of the pain, an intense halo of light exploded from the beast’s chest, expanding toward the night sky.

(¡KRA-SHHH-WIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!)

The light was so blinding it erased the horizon, covering the blood ocean and the submerged titan in a mantle of pure energy that signaled the end of the carnage and the beginning...

(¡BOOOOOM-HUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-SHHHHHHHHHH...!)

...of an explosive conclusion.
