On the other hand, Li Suxin returned the palace and went straight to the imperial library. She started searching for books related to the special physique. She didn't have any knowledge about the thunder physique, if she wanted to awaken her thunder physique, she has to understand this physique first..
Li Suxin searched for many hours, but she still couldn't able to find the right information. But she didn't give up and continued searching, the imperial library was big, there were thousands of books here. She refused to believe that there was not a single book here that could give her useful information.
At this time, Li Song also came to the imperial library looking for her daughter. When she entered the library, she saw that books were spread over on the entire floor.
"Suxin, what are you doing here? Servants told me that you are searching for something. What are you looking for?" Li Song soon found Li Suxin who was currently studying the books.
"Hm, Mother, you are here! I'm searching for books related to the special physique." Li Suxin was a little surprised to her mother here.
"Oh! Why don't you come to me then? I might be able to help you. By the way, why are looking for this book." Li Song curiously asked.
"I want to awaken my thunder physique. Shi Tian told me before that my thunder physique is in a dormant state right now. I need to awaken my thunder physique to unlock my full potential." After that, she explained to her mother. "So, I'm trying to find a faster way to awaken my thunder physique."
Li Song's heart softened, as she said with sadden expression, "Suxin, you don't have to feel so burdened. Let the mother take care of the kingdom. Everything will be fine."
"No, mother! I also wanted to help you and this kingdom. It's my duty as a princess of the kingdom." Li Suxin shook her head and said.
Li Song sighed as he knew that he can't persuade her, "Let me help you too." Instead of persuading her daughter, she also decided to help her, Then both mother and daughter started searching for the book related to the thunder physique.
"Mother, I found it, found it." After a few hours of searching, Li Suxin finally found something. She said loudly with exhilaration.
"Sigh, finally! Okay, let's take a look!" Li Song took a sigh of relief.
After that, both of them started reading the book. The book was very old, damaged, and rusted because of a long period of time.
There were many types of special physique written down in the book, Pure Fire Physique, Ice Physique, Spirit Wood Physique, gold physique, beast physique, titan physique, and many more.
"Thunder Physique, it's here!" Li Suxin exclaimed excitedly and when she found the thunder physique on the book.
"Thunder physique is a very rare physique to see, As the lightning is the most destructive element of the more, it gives addition destructive power to the user ... To awaken the thunder physique manually, one need thunder attribute spiritual treasure that contained thunder Qi, Thunder Spirit Grass is best spirit herb to simulate the thunder physique." Li Suxin skip the extra part and moved to the important part.
"Thunder Spirit Grass!" Both Li Song and Li Suxin muttered slowly.
"Mother, have you heard of this spirit herb before?" Li Suxin couldn't help look at her mother and asked. As she never heard of this spirit herb.
"I don't think so. But don't worry now we know what we need. I will send someone to check in the alchemist guild, I am sure that alchemist must have knowledge about this spirit herbs." Li Song said with a smile.a
"Hm!" Li Suxin nodded.
"Okay, you should take a rest now. You are looking tired." Li Song warmly spoke.
...
Two weeks later.
In the meeting hall of the Imperial Palace. A few people were sitting at the table, this time there were only fewer people than before.
"What is the status right now?" Li Song asked.
"Your majesty, the north border was secured, but the situation of the east border is not good, we lost one thousand soldiers in a week. The Green Eagle Kingdom is clearly helping the Black Sand Kingdom, it sent 30 thousand soldiers to support the army of the Black Sand Kingdom." He Boqin replied.
"Why is the green eagle kingdom helping the Black Sand Kingdom?" Li Song's face frown as she said.
"We have no idea, as your order, we sent our envoy to talk to the Green Eagle Kingdom. But they refused to tell talk." He Boqin shook his head and said.
"What are the casualties?" Li Song said.
"We lost 600 soldiers on the north border and 1000 soldiers on the east border."
Li Song knitted her eyebrows, the casualties were too much, it just started, and they lost 1600 soldiers already. "Compensate every family of every soldier who died in the war."
"Yes, your majesty!" The finance minister nodded this time.
"Your majesty, the attack on the north border was just a decoy, their real target was the east border. They sent the ordinary army troops to attack our north border while their elite army troops attacking the east border."
"We have withdrawn most of our soldiers from the south border and sending them to the east border as much faster we can. But the distance as far, they need at least a month to travel from the south border to the east border. And I don't think east border has one month." He Boqin sighed and said.
Li Song pondered for a moment and said, "What about the mercenaries?"
He Boqin nodded, picking up a document from the table, he started speaking, "We have hired five thousand mercenaries they all went to the east border for help but facing the forty thousand elite soldiers of two kingdoms, our strength still lacking behind."
"Not only they are higher in the numbers, but the combat strength is also higher than ours. The Black Sand Kingdom has 40 spirit grandmaster warriors and the Green Eagle Kingdom also dispatched twenty grandmaster stage warriors. The number of Spirit Grand Master warriors of our enemy is almost twice of ours. We need more warriors of strong cultivation. There are not many mercenaries or loos cultivators of spirit grandmaster level to hire either." He Boqin calmly explained.
In the world of cultivation, a single strong person could annihilate the army of a thousand. A warrior of spirit grandmaster stage was enough to beat a thousand ordinary soldiers. That's why the numbers of strong warriors held the most importance in the wars.
