43 Meeting princess again
"Send the reinforcement to the east border immediately." Queen Li Song ordered.
"North Border is being defended by General Li Yinzi. General Wu already on the eastern border, send General Deng to the East Border as reinforcement. Hire the mercenaries and rogue warriors for the war, for a good amount of money, they would be definitely to participate in the battle. And recruit more soldiers as you can."
"Yes, Your Majesty." He Boqin nodded. It was the best solution for now. They need more soldiers if they wanted to win this war.
"Tighten the security in the city, close the road that leads to these two borders. Make sure that the enemy can't infiltrate the city."
"Okay, this meeting ends here. Notify me immediately if anything comes up." Li Song said as she stood up from the chair.
Shi Tian didn't know about the war, he was enjoying breakfast at the moment.
Later, Shi Tian once again went to the forest, at the waterfall. He was going to meet Li Suxin again today.
After a few minutes later, Li Suxin also arrived.
"Hi, Suxin!"
"Hello, Shi Tian!" Li Suxin said in a little low tone, her expression also looked sad. Shi Tian was a little surprised, he was not expecting this reaction.
"What happened? Did something wrong with the thunder technique?" Shi Tian asked curiously.
"No, the technique is fine but even greater than fine. It is a marvelous technique, my cultivation speeds up ten times than before." Li Suxin replied immediately. Then spoke again. "It's the war! It has started. And it is not our favor."
She just obtained the news from her mother, after knowing that war was not in their favor, she became sad.
Shi Tian was surprised when he heard her words. He curiously asked, "How is the situation?"
Li Suxin started to explain the situation, she was the princess of the kingdom, naturally know about the situation clearly.
"Right now, we are attacking from two sides, north border and east border. It turned out that the Green Eagle Kingdom is helping the Black Sang Kingdom."
"Mother said that we can win this war as long as the Green Eagle Kingdom doesn't provide more help to the Black Sand Kingdom. If the Green Eagle Kingdom also joined in the war, then we might lose this war. And according to the mother's assumption, there is a high of the Green Eagle Kingdom joining hands with the Black Sand Kingdom. At that time, we will face two kingdoms at the same time." Li Suxin said in a depressed tone.
Shi Tian realized that the Red Cloud Kingdom was facing a big problem right now.
After that they talked about many things as the war was started, Li Suxin didn't seem in the mood of going to date, but she still insisted as she didn't want to break her promise. But Shi Tian persuades her that they can later. Moreover, Shi Tian was preferred a calm and silent place for a date.
And if he went to the city with the princess, it would create many fusses.
Both of them chatted for two hours, Li Suxin's mood also became a little better after chatting with Shi Tian. For some time, she forgot about the war and other issues. It was not much different from a date.
"By the way, mother asked me to give this." Li Suxin said as she took out a storage ring and gave it to Shi Tian. "This is a small token of gratitude for giving me such precious treasure."
"You don't have to do this, I have already told you that it was a gift for you from me." Shi Tian said lightly.
"Please accept this." Li Suxin insisted as she looked at Shi Tian. Shi Tian didn't deny more and accept the storage ring as he didn't want to hurt her feelings.
"Shi Tian, thanks to you, I obtained a chance to save my kingdom." Li Suxin said softly.
"Hm, how?" Shi Tian was surprised slightly and asked curiously.
"My mother said that people with special physiques are considered a genius or blessed by heaven. So as long as I become a disciple of a prominent sect, I can resolve the crisis of my kingdom. " Li Suxin said with a light smile.
"Hm, that's true, I guess!" Shi Tian pondered and said. With the qualification of Li Suxin, even a fifth-grade sect would be happy to accept her as a disciple. Hell, if the world knows that she has a rare immortal thunder physique that was many times stronger than normal thunder physique, even the central continent's forces would fight over her.
"But I can't help you in this." Shi Tian slowly shook his head and said.
"No, Shi Tian! You have already done so much for me that I can't repay. I needed to do this on my own. And I will, I'm sure of it." Li Suxin immediately shook her and said. Her eyes were filled with determination when she said the last part.
"Good, I have faith in you." Shi Tian nodded with a smile. "You just need to awaken your thunder physique, and you will achieve your goal."
"Hmm! Awaken my thunder physique." Li Suxin muttered slowly, she took it as a hint from him.
After chatting for a few more minutes, Shi Tian returned to the house. He directly went to his mother's room.
"Mother, I have something to discuss with you."
"What is it? Tian'er!" Xiangyue asked softly.
Shi Tian immediately explained everything related to the war to his mother.
"It is indeed a bad situation for the Red Cloud Kingdom, as I suspected the Black Sand Kingdom attack because it obtained the support of another kingdom. They might be planing for this some long time." Xiangyue said.
"Well, don't worry about it much. Most times, these kinds of wars ended with negotiations. The winning kingdom demands some money, lands, or other things from the looser kingdoms. It was rare to see the win-or-die war unless both forces have deep hatred between them because even the winner won the battle, its power would be decreased greatly after the war. At that time, some other kingdom might launch a surprise war on it using this opportunity."
