Chapter 13: Discussion
"There is another method to earn money. I can refine pills, they can make a good amount of money to us." Xiangyue said. She was an alchemist, it was the fastest way to earn money. It could be said that alchemy was the wealthiest profession.
"Hmm, so how do you plan to sell the pills, are you going to sell them to the alchemist guild or directly to the public."
"Both things have their own pros and cons. It would be to sell the pills into the alchemist guild in bulk, they can also provide a huge amount of refining materials easily. But their prize would be a little lower than selling directly to the public. On the other hand, selling pills directly to the public could earn us a few extra bucks, but it will make things more complicated." Xiangyue pondered for a second and said.
Alchemist guild was s organization build by the alchemist to support alchemists. This was the place where all the alchemists could gather in a single place and discuss the alchemy with either and learn from each other. Alchemist handles most of the resources related to the alchemy of this world. Their branches were spread all over the entire eastern continent.
Most of the alchemists like work with the alchemist guild, as it was more convenient, the guild can provide everything they need to refine pills. Furthermore, the alchemist guild won't have rules and restrictions over its alchemist members. You are free to join or leave the guild without any problems.
Lastly, the alchemist guild also provides the alchemist badge to the alchemist that made it easier to identify the alchemist and his/her level. And another benefit of being a member of the alchemist guild is that you will be protected by the guild.
Just like the alchemist guild, there were a few more professions guild like weapon guild, array guild, etc. All of them were made by high-ranked masters in their respected professions.
"Well, I think about it more later. For now, I will sell the pills to the alchemist guild, it is less complicated and less time-consuming." Xiangyue said. Bingyao nodded her head.
If they wanted to sell pills directly, they needed to open a shop, it would become more complicated, opening a shop, managing it, and many others things.
"Xiaoli, you were saying that you wanted to go out. Where do you want to go?" Bingyao looked at Xiaoli and curiously asked.
"Big Sister, there is a place around a hundred miles from here where some strange phenomena happening there. I suspect a treasure about to be born there. I want to take a look." Shen Xiaoli said softly.
"Strange phenomena? What type of Strange phenomena?" Bingyao and Xiangyue both couldn't help but showed little interest.
It was known that whenever a rare treasure appeared or was born, most times it caused some strange phenomena to appeared in that area before the birth or during the birth. So whenever such strange phenomena appeared in the world, it saw as a sign of treasure's birth.
"Mmm! I didn't check it personally, I only heard the rumors, it said that temperature suddenly started dropping at a very fast rate, in just one month, the green land of few miles was covered by the snow. But the temperature dropping still hasn't stopped, it kept decreasing in that area of few miles. According to the rumors, even a spirit master couldn't handle the cold Qi of that place for a long time, much less ordinary peoples." Shen Xiaoli explained.
"Unm! Temperature dropping! Increasing the cold Qi. only a sixth or higher ranked Yin type of treasure could cause this effect. But how could such high-ranked treasure be born in such a barren region?" Xiangyue pondered a second and said, Bingyao also lost in thoughts.
"I also thought about this. It could be caused by some other reasons. I just want to take a look to satisfy my curiosity, furthermore, I have a yin physique so the cold Qi won't affect me much. And If it is really risky, I will not move further." Shen Xiaoli said. She has a Yin Physique, the yin type of treasures was very beneficial to her, that's why she wanted to go and take a look herself.
"Hmm!" Xiangyue and Bingyao both nodded as they understand her mind.
"How about I go with you, it will be safer." Bingyao looked at Shen Xiaoli and said.
But Shen Xiaoli shook her head and gently said, "No, Big Sister, I want to go alone. Don't worry I will bear a disguise this time. Furthermore, with my cultivation level, there are not many things in this region that could endanger me."
The highest cultivation in this region was only spirit grandmaster while Shen Xiaoli was Spirit Lord stage cultivator. And even if she encountered any spirit lord stage cultivator, she still has the means to escape. If she wanted to escape even a spirit king won't able to stop her.
"Okay! Be careful, don't do anything dangerous." Bingyao said warmly. "Hm, I will be careful, Big Sister." Shen Xiaoli nodded.
"Send us a signal immediately, if you encounter any problem." Xiangyue also said.
After that, they about some things while the group eats breakfast.
"Tian'er, what about you? What do you want to do? Do you want to go outside to take a look?" Xiangyue spoke suddenly.
"Yeah, Tian'er! If you want then Aunt can show you around, the city is lively, you will like it." Bingyao also said.
"Well, I was thinking of restoring my strength to some extent before going out. At least not before reaching the spirit gathering stage." Shi Tian replied after some considering.
"Well, if that's what you like." Xiangyue didn't pressure him and said.
'System Sign-in!'
