Chapter One Hundred Thirty-Eight New Home
Mizu followed her mother up the steps. The last few days had been something, she even had a bit of a growth spurt, which she was happy about. Yet she was really happy that they were finally moving into their new home and away from that temporary shelter.
At the door, the big man from the other day was waiting at the door. He smiled, “I hope you like the result. I’d say this project is one of my best yet.”
Her mother smiled, “I’m sure it will be fine.”
The man opened the door and they headed inside. Mizu shifted on her feet when she noticed how much warmer it was inside. It was pleasant outside, but she found the extra heat in the house to be quite pleasurable. Nearby her mother started stripping out of her clothing.
As for the man, he didn’t pay her stripping any mind as he started showing them the foyer. “I used a lightweight polymer mix for your walls. Not only does it look nice after a coat of paint, but its waterproof. Its also quite strong, so you don’t have to worry about any holes being punched into your wall. I figured since you have a kid and she might have friends over, you would appreciate the resilience. Now, over here I put a full closet right by the door for any coats and shoes you might want to discard upon coming home.”
Mom, having already found it, was hanging up her blouse, turned with a smile as her bare boobs bounced, “I seem to have found it. It looks great, plenty of storage inside too.”
“I included built in shelves with specially treated wood, that will protect it from moisture damage. So you don’t have to worry about hanging up your wet raincoat in there. I also put a drain in the floor, so that water will drain away, along with some heaters in the wall to keep the closet warm. That will allow things to dry quickly. Speaking of heating, you have a full heating system for every room in the house, right now its set to keep the house at a stable 35 degrees. Just as you requested, personally I think its a bit warm.”
“I’m enjoying it, what about the humidity? Did you get the set up I wanted done?”
“Yep, it will keep the house somewhat humid for you. You can adjust it from the central panel I installed in the kitchen, same with the central air. That panel in fact is the central control for all of the home features and can support several security upgrades if you want them. Right now you have the basic monitoring package you asked for.”
“Excellent,” replied Mom now completely naked with her skirt hung in the closet. Mizu, now quite aware of her own outfit, decided to start stripping as well. It felt like a bit much now that she was inside. It only took her moment to shuck her shoes, hang up her shirt and skirt and then follow Mom into the house proper.
Directly attached to the foyer was the living room. Decorated with huge sofas, a sleek monitor and terminal on the wall and a big gaming table in the middle of the room. The man talked about what he had done here, including building some hidden guest beds under the floor.
Following the living room, they were shown the sex room which was designed specifically for mating. Nice padded floors, drains and more all to set the mood and allow for group mating. Following that were the lower bedrooms, which also included features to make them desirable for mating. Two of them were set up for guests, but the rest were bunk bed rooms for young girls. Mom called it future proofing, and they certainly looked nice.
Coming into the kitchen which was right off from the central bathroom, Mizu noted the central stairs were here as well. Going both up to the second floor and down to the basement. The man first gestured to the panel that was to the left of the counter, “This here is your central control panel. You can adjust any setting there and you can link it to your mobile terminal to allow for changes from anywhere in the house. Just keep your passcode private, and it should keep you fairly secure.”
Mom smiled, “Nice work, thank you, the kitchen looks nice.”
“Its got all the essentials, a large stove with eight burners, quad ovens, and plenty of storage. That door there leads to your pantry, which can store months worth of dry food and also contains three large refrigerators and a giant freezer as you asked for. Plenty of storage to make sure you never run out of food. Assuming you keep it stocked, and it will be perfect for throwing large parties. I’m sure you will make great use of it. For your countertop. I got you a nice one, its made of synthetic materials with anti-microbial properties, water-proof and very resilient. You can use it as a cutting board without fear of leaving gouges in the countertop. Speaking of cutting, I have a built in knife holder here on your island, and a cabinet meant to hold your cutting boards here in the lower section.
“You also have plenty of cabinets for whatever appliances and dishware you need to store. I got some nice deep drawers as well for your utensils and cutlery. Over here by the sink you have an automatic dishwasher.”
Mom walked around crouching and looking around before turning back to him, her smile deeper. “Thank you, excellent work.”
Mizu thought the kitchen looked nice too, after that they were shown the bathroom. It had a nice open doorway with warm tiled floors and was dominated by the huge tub in the center. Its own stair case led to the upper level that looked out over the tub. The steam vents just made the place so pleasant to be in, warm and humid.
Upstairs she got to see her room and mom’s both were huge. Mizu was especially happy to see her huge bed, and the large walk in closet she had. There was even a lovely desk with a top of the line terminal on it. She could see herself spending a lot of time here. She even had a huge chest to store her toys in. Mom’s room was even bigger with plenty of lovely features as well.
Heading down the stairs, he showed them into the basement, “Okay down here, we have your lower stores on the left and on the right is the nursery you asked me to build.”
They followed him into the nursery where numerous built-in cribs were constructed. Enough for dozens of infants, the room was softly padded as well, with drains in the floor. On the ceiling were a series of sprinklers. All of them were currently off, and against the one wall was a series of small tubs for cleaning babies. On the other wall was a couple of open doors, which led to a couple of empty rooms. One of the empty rooms had a number of alcoves built into the wall and there was a tube coming from the ceiling that led to a large depression in the floor. The man said, “And here it is the nursery, you’ve got some baby tubs over there, a multitude of cribs for your babies. They come with an easy-to-clean waterproof mattress. Each crib contains a drain that will let water or pee flow out of the crib and directly down below where it can be filtered and put back to use. That will help keep your utilities costs low. As requested, the water system in this room comes with a heating system and the nursery features the same steam heaters found in the bathroom.
“Over there, you have a milk storage, where you can store excess breastmilk for use later. I included a manual just in case you need it. In the closet over there, I have a storage chest where you can keep the baby toys. Now if you can come this way, I can show you the kid's playroom I built for you.”
The playroom was just down the hall from the nursery. It featured padded floors, chests of toys and low tables. Perfect for very young children to play in. As they stood in the room, the large man turned to Mom, “So what do you think?”
She smiled happily, “You’ve done excellent work, very excellent work”
Mom drew close to him and reached into his pants feeling him for a bit before pulling his pants down. Revealing his member, it was standing on its own, the tip discolored. She played with it a bit before leading him up. Stopping in the kitchen, she left him there pants down for a bit and then came back with a jar of cream. After rubbing some onto his dick, she then whispered to him and sent him on his way. Mizu watched him go.
Stretching, she said, “I think I will like it here.”
“So do I, now I have some things to do. There is still quite a bit to do before our nest is done, but you can go ahead and play.” Mizu smiled and ran off to her room. It would be a while before one of Mom’s girlfriends came by to deliver her stuff. When she saw her, Mizu looked up from her game, “Hey, is Mom still preparing the nest?”
“Yep, she’s been getting the nursery ready,” said the woman as she rubbed her belly.
Mizu stared for a moment, “Are you pregnant?”
The woman smiled widely, “YEP! Your mom is too, she’s down in the nursery laying some drone eggs to care for the babies. Want to watch?”
Mizu nodded, “Yeah that sounds fun!
Kirach:
The medical officer sighed as she glanced at the girl on the table. Her infection was proceeding nicely, but she wished the first group had told them that this unusual pathogen was present. As near as she can tell it had destroyed the poor girl’s immune system and the only reason her body wasn’t being ravaged by every possible pathogen in her body was thanks to this unusual pathogen.
How it spread she didn’t know, but there was no way they were going to risk leaving with a pathogen ravaging the populace. That meant they were going to be keeping her on Kirach for a while.
Walking up to the girl she had been looking at she double-checked her vitals, finding her stable. In fact her breathing had improved, that was good. Obviously the worst of it had passed. Suddenly a chime drew her attention to the door, where another woman with a rash across her arm, came in with her younger daughter.
Heading over, she opened her mouth to speak when the panicked mother spoke first. Asking her to look after her daughter. It took her a moment to calm the woman down and then she took the daughter to a nearby table to examine.
After a moment she realized the girl was at an earlier stage, her immune system was still active and fighting the pathogen. She smiled, “It’s okay, I have something that will make you feel better soon.”
Walking over to her shelves, she looked over the bottles. Spotting an immune booster, she started to reach for it, but then stopped and grabbed a bottle a couple of spaces to the left. One of her favorite immunosuppressants. It would help the infection progress and she wanted to make sure it progressed. Why had she been thinking about slowing it? Silly her.
Heading back to the girl, she filled an injector to the maximum dose for a child her size and gave her a quick injection. Almost immediately her immune system started shutting down and she watched fascinated as the pathogen took advantage and began killing her paralyzed immune system. In moments, she no longer had one and the pathogen started spreading faster. Turning to the mom, she said, “That should help her, if she gets any worse, come here and I’ll see what I can do.”
The mom nodded and left. Not long after she had a new patient who also needed some immunosuppressants. It was looking to be a busy day. A very busy day indeed, with so many that would need her help. Luckily she had a large supply. She idly wondered why she had so many suppressants, that was unusual. The thought slipped from her mind a moment later.
