Culture Type: Specialties:

Specialty One: Particle Lasers

Specialty Two: Hyperspace Navigation

Notes: The Titari are a younger race with a spacefaring history dating back several centuries. Titari space extends across several inhabited sectors and includes hundreds of inhabited worlds. As a people they are notable for their government, which recognizes each colonized world above a certain population threshold as a core world with the right to govern itself, so long as its laws don’t violate those of the greater Federation. Each core world within the Federation is also allowed to elect a single representative plus one more for each colony under them to the Senate. Senators once elected are allowed only one term, but that term lasts thirty years.

The Titari High Command is the Military branch of their government and is made up of a council of high admirals, who are chosen from the ranks of the military. All military vessels answer to the High Command, who in turn answers only to the nominal leader of the Titari Federation.

Vikari InfestationFaction Type: Ancient Infestation

Governmental Structure: Psionic HiveCulture Type: Prolific Hive

Notes: The Vikari are one of several species of parasitic bugs known colloquially as Pussybugs. These bugs are known to infest female hosts in order to propagate and grow their number. Males merely serve as a method to move eggs, while a colony is young, but they are a threat that will be removed once a colony grows. Vikari intelligence grows collectively meaning larger colonies are more intelligent. Legend has it that the species was the creation of a mad scientist. The Solean Empire largely considers them a species of pests.

Thankfully for the galaxy at large, Bovi is quite willing to cooperate with other races and isn’t particularly expansionistic. However it can and sometimes will seek out new worlds suitable for Solune cultivation.
